VIVAnews - Compared to countries that enter the BRIC group of Brazil, Russia, India,
and China, Indonesia by the World Bank rated as the country's most complicated.Size
complexity can be seen from the results of a survey published in the World Bank which
states bureaucracy in Indonesia is at 16.2 scale, compared to BRIC countries with an
average of 13.7 bureaucratic level.
World Bank data comparing the position of Indonesia on the BRIC countries is only
equivalent to India. On the Internet users, for example, from 100 populations in
Indonesia only cover 8.7 percent, while India's 5.1 percent. This is far different than the
Brazilian who had 38.7 percent, Russia 42 percent, and China 28.5 percent. For
electricity consumption (kWh per capita), the position of Indonesia as well just win over
India. Indonesian society electricity consumption is 566 kWh per capita, while India

89.8 percent, 55.5 percent and 43.8 percent.
