Lesson stages:
Activity 1: Warm up
Aim: Introducing students in the atmosphere of the English class.
Procedure: Teacher asks for the absents. The student on duty tells the absents.

Activity 3: Lead in
Aim: Understand the story
T tell the ss that she liked to listen stories when she was a little girl. T. asks ss if
they want to hear her favourite. Using video projecter, t presents the story “The
Little Riding Hood”. Then T asks the ss to read themselves the story. T asks ss :
1. Who was the story about?
2. Where did The Little Red Riding Hood live?
3. Who did she live with?
4. Who saved Granny?

Activity 4: Practice
Aim: recognize the verb at Past Tense in the text
Procedure: Teacher gives students worksheets. In the first exercise students, in
pairs, have to find the past form of the verbs ..Then they have to give the
infinitive form of the verbs underlined. They have to say what verbs are regular
and irregular.. Teacher corrects them. Some students come and the verbs on the
blackboard

Activity 5: Speaking
Aim: solve the tasks about the text story
Procedure: teacher gives students worksheets with the story “The Little Red
Riding Hood”; . Teacher asks students to interprete the story.( a role play). A
student has to be the little girl, another –the wolf, another – Granny, another- the
woodcutter.
