  Technical Programming Menu

To access programming,

press the , , keys in rapid succession, holding the last one for 5 seconds.

The menu is as follows:

The (technical key) appears on the display.

The MENU can be changed with the and keys

By pressing the key (single cup), ACTIVE edit is activated (LED stops flashing and edit value starts
flashing)

The value can be edited with the and keys (the value does not flash while it is being edited)

Pressing the key (single cup) allows you to exit without saving (Return to MENU)

Pressing the key (double cup) allows you to save and exit (Return to MENU)

To exit the technical MENU, press and hold the key (double cup) for 5 seconds (the LED will stop
flashing and you will be taken to the normal work screen)

Note: If 20 seconds pass without pressing a key when not working on the main screen, the programming screen closes
automatically without saving, returning to normal functioning.

Grinder adjustment

Automatic dose adaptation system.

With every grinder adjustment, the grinding time of the


coffee doses is automatically adapted based on the pre-
set grind settings.
COARSE FINE
Adjusting the grinders to obtain a different grinding level is
carried out using the screw (4) and variations appear on the 4
display according to the following logic:

• fine grinding › grind bar reduced, low reference value;
• course grinding › grind bar reduced, high reference value;
fine grinding
If the coffee dispensing takes a very long time, this means
that the coffee used is too finely ground. In this case, it is
necessary to turn the ring nut (4) anti-clockwise in order to grinding bar
obtain a coarser grinding level (number indications increasing:

If the coffee dispensing is very quick, this means that the


coffee used is too coarsely ground. In this case, it is necessary grinding times
to turn the ring nut (4) clockwise in order to obtain a finer

To edit these dose adjustment parameters (P1):

Automatic dose correction
Automatic dose correction (P4)

With the “Dose Correction” function, a different adjustment


cannot be applied to each key, but will be universal with a
value between 0% and 10%. The default value will be 3.5%. dose

NOTE: inserting the value (0) will disable the “Dose
Correction” function.

Maintenance Parameter (P5):

NOTE: the “Maintenance” function shows the number of


cycles from a value of 10000 ÷ 99900. The default value is

BDS (Barista Driving System)

The BDS System is composed of a coffee machine and by


one or two grinder/dispensers connected via Bluetooth.
Every dispensing button on the machine can be configured
based on the type of recipe and the relative grinder/dispenser.
The purpose of the BDS System is to guide the user in coffee
grinding and dispensing operations.
