Sub: Submission of maker list committee’s report for consideration of

vendor enlistment in WBSETCL’s maker List.

Ref: Office order no. CS/102 Dated 03.06.2017 of the Company
Secretary.

In response to WBSETCL notification towards enlistment of new vendors in

WBSETCL’s approved maker’s list, a total 13 nos application from intending vendors
have been processed and evaluated. The detail evaluation made with verification of
submitted documents as well as several interactions with the respective vendors for
clarification time to time, was placed in the maker’s list committee meeting held on
10.07.2018.
With verification of submitted paper documents, the maker list committee
opined for factory visit in respect of the following 05 (five) nos new vendors for further
confirmation on satisfactory factory visit report towards considering recommendation
for inclusion their respective product in the WBSETCL’s maker list.

specified manufacturer (as tabulated in ‘Table-A’ ) by the nominated member from
Engineering, Procurement, Testing & O&M department. The detail schedule of factory
visit may be finalised in due course.

The note may be forwarded to the respective department for getting

nomination of member from their end for the above factory visit please.

Discussed the matter with the CE (Engg.).
As per discussion, we may provide LOA-wise monthly performanance/status
report regarding submission of drawings, stage evaluation cum approval of
drawings, Vendor’s Inspection call for materials/equipments and Inspection
report with MICC cum DI in reference with the respective L2 schedule of such
engineering work. The L2 schedule of engineering works (i.r.o. list of Drawings,
copy enclosed) should be made in line with the approved L2 network of Project
work by the respective EPC vendor and submitted the same through respective
project wings in time. Such report will be considered for the forthcoming project
work only.
