We’ll begin by giving a voice to how you might be feeling and then we’ll move on to the
positive.
Take a deep breath and notice if you feel any stress or sense of panic when you think
about making a decision or needing to find a solution. And measure that panic on a
scale of 1 to 10.
And now let’s begin by taking a few deep breaths to feel present and centered in our
body.
Begin by tapping on the karate chop point and repeat after me.

And when you’re ready open your eyes and notice if you feel the same sense of panic or
maybe a new sensation has appeared? Notice how your body feels. You can measure
any remaining emotions and continue tapping if it feels right to you.
