Connecting to Your Core: A Guided Tapping

Meditation to Feel Centered and Strong


Welcome to the day 3 of the Tapping World Summit. This is Jessica Ortner and this
short tapping meditation was created to help you let go of any panic you might have
around making a decision or finding a solution around a problem. When we let go of the
panic we can connect with our core and feel centered and strong. From this place we
can decide what is best for us. It’s always ideal to tap while using your own language but
this meditation can be a really powerful guide.

We’ll begin by giving a voice to how you might be feeling and then we’ll move on to the
positive.

Take a deep breath and notice if you feel any stress or sense of panic when you think
about making a decision or needing to find a solution. And measure that panic on a
scale of 1 to 10.

And now let’s begin by taking a few deep breaths to feel present and centered in our
body.

Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

Begin by tapping on the karate chop point and repeat after me.

Even though I feel this panic I love and accept myself and it’s safe to relax.

EB: All this anxiety

SE: All this panic

UE: I need things to change now

UN: I want results now

CH: So I panic

CB: Am I doing it right?

UA: Did I make the right decision?

TH: What is the right answer?

EB: Feeling lost in this panic

SE: Feeling desperate for a solution

UE: This desire to control everything

UN: Things shouldn’t be this way

CH: These harsh expectations

CB: The world shouldn’t be this way

UA: People shouldn’t behave this way

TH: My body shouldn't act up like this

EB: This pressure to fix everything

SE: This fear of doing it wrong

UE: I’m so used to this panic

UN: It’s fooled me into feeling productive

CH: But it’s only holding me back

CB: This panic

UA: I can’t see everything that’s going right

TH: Maybe things are unfolding as they should

EB: Maybe this is all leading me to something great

SE: It’s safe to release this panic

UE: I have everything I need within me now

UN: I am enough

CH: And I know what’s right for me

CB: I let go of my need to control

UA: And I begin to create room for a miracle

TH: I feel joy and excitement

EB: As I quiet this panic

SE: Another voice appears

UE: I feel this voice

UN: It’s my inner guidance

CH: I know what’s right for me

CB: I can speak my truth

UA: I feel calm and confident

TH: Even if I don’t know the answer

EB: Maybe I’m exactly where I’m meant to be

SE: I connect with my core

UE: I feel calm and confident

UN: I know what’s right for me

CH: Right here and right now

CB: I am enough

UA: I exhale any remaining panic

TH: And I inhale a sense of peace and confidence

Take a deep breath in as you place both hands over your heart. And from this place give
yourself a little message. What do you need to say, do, or remember to help you feel
even more at peace?

And when you’re ready open your eyes and notice if you feel the same sense of panic or
maybe a new sensation has appeared? Notice how your body feels. You can measure
any remaining emotions and continue tapping if it feels right to you.
