Thank you for the keen interest you have shown to join our organization. Consequent to
your application, interviews, and subsequent discussions you had with us we are pleased to
offer you a career at Principle ACS Engineering India Pvt. Ltd.

You will be designated as “Design Engineer ” and you will be based out of Hyderabad.

Your total fixed compensation / compensation (inclusive of all other pay) will be
Rs.4,67,688 pa CTC. Detailed breakdown of your salary is enclosed Annexure-1. You will
be on probation for a period of one year from date of joining. Your performance will be
reviewed and employment confirmed at the end of probation period.

All other terms and conditions of your employment will be as per your appointment order
and company policies in vogue.

Please report to our Hyderabad office at 10:30 am on 15 Nov 2017 for joining. Please
forward soft / hard copies of following documents to our Head Office for issue of
Appointment letter. You will also be required to bring originals at the time of joining.
a) SSLC/10std marks card.
b) All semester mark sheets of PG/ Degree/Diploma Course and Provisional / Degree
Certificate.
c) Previous company relieving letter & copy of your previous resignation.
d) Address proof-voter ID card, Driving license, Aadhar card, Passport, Pan Card.
