EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF THE ESTATE

OF THE LATE YYY and ZZZ

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That YYY married to ZZZ, both Filipino, are the owner of the parcels of land more
particularly described as follows:

“A PARCEL OF LAND ANNOTATED AS LOT NO. 777D OF

THE REGISTER OF DEEDS OF BUTUAN CITY
REGISTERED IN THE NAME OF XXX, SITUATED IN THE
POBLACION, CITY OF BUTUAN, PHILIPPINES
BOUNDED ON THE NORTH BY T. MANGO ST. , AND ON
THE SOUTH BY LOT 4-B-2-F, ON THE EAST BY LOT 4-B-2-
B AND ON THE WEST BY LOT NO. 4-B-1 CONTAINING
AN AREA OF ONE HUNDRED SIXTY (160) SQUARE
METERS, DECLARED UNDER TAX DECLARATION NO.
08-03-00000 UNDER THE NAME OF YYY.

And

“A parcel of land annotated as RT- 46 (Lot 4-B-1 of the

subdivision plan (LRC) Pad-95, being a portion of Lot 4-
B described on plan (LRC), situated in the Poblacion,
City of Butuan, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the
Nw., NE., & SE., points 1 to 4 by Lot 4-B-2 of the
subdivision plan; and on the SW., points 4 to 1 by Lot
524 of Butuan Cad.84. Beginning at a point marked "1"
on plan, being N. 55 deg. 44'E., 529.48 m. from
B.L.L.M. No. 22, Butuan Cad. S4, thence N. 81 deg. 19'
E., 14.00 m. to point 2; thence S. 8 deg. 41'E., 20.00m. to
point 3; thence S. 81 deg. 19' W., 14.00 m. to point 4;
thence N. 8 deg. 41'W., 20.00 m. to the point of
beginning; containing an area of TWO HUNDRED
EIGHTY (280) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All
points referred to are indicated on the plan and are
marked on the ground by P.S. Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 60
cm. Bearings true, date of the original survey, August 23,
1935, and that of the subdivision survey, September 16-
17, 1968, is registered in accordance with the provisions
of section 122 of the Land Registration Act in the name
of ZZZ, of legal age, married to Trinidad YYY, Filipino
and resident of Butuan City, Philippines

That YYYY and ZZZ are already dead having died on April 17, 1995 and June 18,
2018 respectively, both leaving behind no debts and no will. Upon their death they left behind
the following as heirs:

1. CCC, married, Filipino and resident of Pardo, Cebu City;

2. DDD, married, Filipino of legal age, and resident of Guadalupe, Cebu City;

 3. EEE representing the heirs of the Deceased OOO, married, Filipino, of legal age, and
resident of Kauswagan, Cagayan de Oro City;
4. FFF, married, Filipino of legal age and a resident of 1st Street Guingona Subd., Butuan
City
5. GGG. single, Filipino of legal age and a resident of T. Calo Street, Butuan City, Agusan
Del Norte

That we the heirs of YYY and ZZZ being of legal ages do hereby adjudicate unto
ourselves the above-described property in accordance with Section 1 of Rule 74 of the Rules of
Court.

That to the best knowledge and information of the parties hereto, the deceased left no
debts;
That a true copy of this extrajudicial settlement had been published once a week for
three consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation, as certified by the said newspaper
hereto attached as Annex “A”.

That the parties hereto being all of legal age and with full civil capacity to contract,
hereby by these presents agree to divide and adjudicate, among themselves, the above-described
real estate in equal proportion among them.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the PARTIES have hereunto set their hands this
