AGREEMENT

I, EVELYN MANUEL, of legal age, married, and a resident of San Isidro,

Santiago City, hereby acknowledge that I have received the amount of FORTY
THOUSAND PESOS PHILIPPINE CURRENCY (PHP40,000.00) from ARLENE FELICIANO,
of legal age, married and a resident of Villa Gonzaga, Santiago City.

I hereby agree to pay the said amount within 1 year from the date of
execution of this agreement or on or before March 31, 2020, under the condition
that an interest of THREE (3) CAVANS OF PALAY PER 5 THOUSAND PESOS or 24
cavans for the Forty thousand pesos.
