Finance Manager Job Vacancy

Qualifications and Aptitudes:

- Certified Professional Accountant or Min Degree in Accounting/Finance/ACCA qualification

- Min 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
- Relevant experience in audit and costing is advantage.
- Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels
- Full knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
- Knowledge of ACCPAC / SAP
- Excellent attention to details & ability to work independently
- Good command of English language

Main duties & Responsibilities:

- Complete, review and submit tax returns and ensure prompt payments
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual budget execution reports
- Maintain organization cash flow in order to maximize the satisfaction of customer and
supplier including day to day operations
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records of all financial transactions
- Recording, classifying, and summarizing financial transactions and events in accordance
with accepted local accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Bringing to the attention of the management any abnormality in the disbursement of the
Company’s funds
- Advising and assisting the Management in the compilation and control of Company
budget.
- Advising on the improvement of financial management system, internal control system,
the use of financial management software, the medium-term and program budgeting
- Cooperation with external auditors to carry out annual external auditing
- Supervision of the day-to- day operation of the accounting department
- Inventory controlling and management
- Preparing periodic financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash
flows, variance analysis, management report and commentaries.
- Analyzing financial performance and contributing to medium and long-term business
Planning/forecasts
- Controlling and forecasting of income and expenditure
- Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure
- Reconciling of monthly bank statements & bank sheets
- Other financial management duties assigned by the Executives
