Our team is headed by Chandrajith Wickramasinghe (known as CJ in the industry), Founder,


CCPL who has more than 17 years experience in apparel manufacturing.

He has held senior positions at MAS Holding - Sri Lanka for a decade and has set-up factories
and systems for MAS holding in Sri Lanka and overseas including India and China.

CJ has undergone several technical and Management training in apparel manufacturing in


Saralee Courtaulds - UK, Marks & Spencer - UK, Debs Corporation - Japan, MAST Industries -
HK, Victoria’s Secret - USA, N.V.Marcel Liebaert S.A, - Belgium, Forster Rohner AG -
Switzerland, Michele Letizia S.p.a. - Italy, S.A.Lucien Noyon - France and Adidas group -
Germany.

He also has to his credit a Diploma in Clothing Technology and Management from Open
University Colombo - Sri Lanka, Executive General Management Program (EGMP) from Indian
Institute of Management (IIM Bangalore) - India and “Fast Track” Executive Education Program
from INSEAD Business School- France, specializing in Lean manufacturing systems.
