Your account is pending verification

1. Your account has been created.

2. We will be sending an account activation email to your registered email account.

Once you have activated your account, you can proceed to fill in the rest of the application form.

3. Should you not receive your acknowledgement email in 2 days time, please contact us at +65 68722220 or email us at contact@moe.gov.sg.

4. Please note that you will be required to provide the following information in your scholarship application:

A. Educational background

- The details of the schools that you are attending or have attended

- Name of school

- Level of study

- Type of school

- Language medium

B. Past 2 year's examination results

- Detailed final year examination results for the last 2 years (i.e. for 2017 and 2018)

- Subjects taken

- Marks / grades obtained for each subject

C. Details on your family background

- Family particulars of your father, mother or guardian

- Name

- Citizenship

- Country of PR status (if any)

- Occupation

D. Outstanding academic achievements for the last 2 years

- Details on any scholarships or awards that you have received in the last 2 years

- Name of scholarships / awards

- Year awarded scholarships / awards

E. Co-curricular activities in school for the last 2 years

- Details on co-curricular activities that you have participated in at your school in the last 2 years

- Name of co-curricular activity (e.g. Boy Scouts, Basketball team)

- Level of participation (e.g. National, State, School, Class)

- Position held (e.g. Chairperson, Member)

- Year participated in co-curricular activity

You may wish to prepare the necessary information and/or documents for reference before you fill up the application form.

5. Upon completion of your online application, you should receive an acknowledgement email stating your online application number.
