NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that George S. Burch, through his attorneys, Jeff Cano and Scott
L. Stebbins, intends to seek post-conviction relief from the two Restitution Orders signed by the
Honorable John P. Zakowski and filed with the Clerk of Courts on February 13, 2019. This
Notice of Intent is filed separately from, and in addition to, Mr. Burch’s original Notice of Intent
to Pursue Post-Conviction Relief, which was filed on May 07, 2018.
Trial counsel was originally appointed by the State Public Defender and the financial
circumstances of George S. Burch have not materially improved since the date of such
appointment and the initial determination of eligibility.
The defendant, George S. Burch, requests that the State Public Defender appoint counsel
for purposes of post-conviction relief.
