Based on Brigance Math Grade Level Test conducted on 8-26-13, Juan functions on 3.7
grade level on the area of Math Calculation. He has the ability to add up to three digits by three
digits without regrouping.He also has the ability to subtract one digit by one digit without
regrouping.

Based on Styer-Fitzgerald Program for Functional Academics Student Assessment for


Secondary Level (11-06-2013), Juan’s Time-telling Skills revealed that he has mastered time
telling skills.

Based on Styer-Fitzgerald Program for Functional Academics Student Assessment for


Secondary Level (11-06-2013),Juan’s Time Management ability revealed that he has mastered
the time management skills.

Based on Styer-Fitzgerald Program for Functional Academics Student Assessment for


Secondary Level (11-06-2013), Juan’s Money Management , Bills Skills test revealed that he can
count combination of one-, five-, ten-, and twenty-dollar bills. He needs tolearn to count over
the amount.

he can count exact change. He needs to learn to count over-the amount.

appropriate behavior in areas such as classroom, cafeteria and places outside the school.

NEW IEP GOALS AND OBJECTIVES TO BE ADDRESSED:

Goal: By November 2014, Juanwill use dollar bills and coins to demonstrate knowledge in money
management with an average of 80% accuracy over three trialsas measured by informal assessments.

Objectives:

1. Given coins of different denominations and menu, Juanwill count the exact changewith
80% accuracy as measured by data collection.
2. Given coins of different denominations, Juanwill count coin combinations with nickels,
dimes, and quarterswith 80% accuracy as measured by data collection.
3. Given a dollar bills, Juanwill count exact change with 80% accuracy as measured by data
collection.

INSTRUCTIONAL ACCOMMODATIONS/MODIFICATIONS:

Use of calculator, extended time, extra processing, modified materials

RECOMMENDATIONS:

Juan is recommended for DORS to transition him for career after high school.
