Have I had 3 nutritious meals?


(including protein, complex carbs, and green leafy veggies?)

Have I had at least 6-8 cups of water?


(coffee and wine do not count as hydration!)

Am I running on at least 6-8 hours of sleep?


(if not, have I taken a nap? Am I planning an early night?)

Have I done something for myself?


(shower, mani/pedi, blowout, meditate, read a book, write, etc.)

Have I exercised for at least 20 minutes?


(home workout video, yoga, pilates, running, etc.)

Have I accepted someone's help?


(husband, family member, friend, neighbor, etc.)
