注 意 事 项
Precautions

1、用户在遵守机床的正确运输、保管等规程的条件下,开箱时如
发现因包装质量不良而发生损坏,附件与装箱单不符等情况,请及时
与我公司联系。
Under the correct transportation and safekeeping, if the machine is broken

because of the package,or the spare part is not in accord with the packing list, please

contact with us timely.

2、安装与使用前,必须认真阅读并正确熟悉本随机使用说明书的
有关内容。如有疑问,请及时与我公司联系。Before installation and using,
please do read the manual book. And for any doubt, please contact with us directly.

3、本机床应安放在室内、防水、无明显震源、无污尘的环境内验
收和使用。
The machine should be installed and tested under circumstance of indoor,

water-proofing,no obvious vibration and no dust pollution.

4、本机床外接使用电源为 3 相 4 线交流电源,且必须保证与机内
接线排线号对应接线,否则会引起线路短路、火灾、机内 PLC 等电器
件烧毁、漏电伤人等意外事故;机床外壳并应严格按照接地标准要求
接地保护,以防漏电伤人。The external power supply should use 3 phase 4 wires
AC power, and must ensure that the wires are connected with the corresponding line

number inside the terminal block. If not, it may cause short circuit, fire, damages to

the PLC or leakage and other accidents. The machine’s shell should be strictly in

accordance with the standard grounding protection to prevent the leakage.

5、本机床外接三相交流电源接线有相序要求,即必须保证锯轮电
机正转,在右边主动锯轮上标有正转方向标识,否则机床不能正常工
作。
This machine has to be connected to the local power supply correctly to
make sure it has the right phases sequence,then the main motor would
rotate in the right direction. Near the lubrication nipple on the driving
wheel, you will see an arrow showing the correction of the motor rotation.
Otherwise, the machine could not work normally.
6、在安装带锯条时要特别注意:带锯条锯齿斜面方向应向右,并确
认带锯条逆时针方向旋转即为正转。
While installing the band saw blades, the operator need to make sure the
following 2 points:
-The blade tip should face to the lower right direction of the operator’
-The correct direction is that the band saw blade will rotate in the
counter-clockvise direction.

1. THE CONTROL PANNEL HAS BEEN PUT AND FASTENED ONTO THE
MACHINE BED,SO PRIOR TO INSTALLATION/COMMISSIONING,IT NEEDS
TO TAKEN OFF CAREFULLY AND PUT ON THE GROUND IN THE FRONT OF
SAW FRAME
2. THE PUSHING CYLINDER FOR THE MATERIAL FEEDING VICES HAS BEEN
TAKEN APART FROM THE VICE SECTION, PLEASE INSTALL IT BACK ONTO
ITS PALCE PROPERLY.

一、机床的主要用途及使用范围:

该机床配备了高精度光栅尺计数和辅机送料架,采用工业 PLC 控制,可同时


设定四组不同尺寸、件数数据,自动完成切削、计数、送料功能。它以双金属带
锯条作为切削工具,可切割 HRC35 以下黑色金属圆棒料、圆管、方钢、型材…等。
稍加改变工艺参数,亦可切削有色金属材料。具有切口窄,效率高,耗能少,节
能又环保等优点。
它适用于大中型钢铁集团、模具模胚、机械、冶金、矿山、石油、化工、汽
车、造船、机床…等大、中型企事业单位,是选择锯切工艺的良好设备。
1. MAIN USAGE OF THE MACHINE
This machine is equipped with high precision grating ruler and auxiliary roller conveyor. The

whole machine is controlled by industrial PLC system, can set four different groups of data for

cutting sizes and quantities, and will cut-count-feed automatically. Machine will equip bi-metal band

saw blades that can cut black metal with hardness under HRC35, like metal solid bar, round pipes,

profiles,square steel, etc. With the minor changes it can also cut nonferrous metal.

DJ320 is an ideal machine for large and medium-sized companies of iron & steel , machining,

metallurgy, mine,ship-building, etc.

三、机床的吊运与安装:
1、机床的吊运:
机床分为主机和送料装置(辅机)。吊运、组装过程中要平稳,防止撞击,
应注意安全,谨防人身伤害和设备损坏事故的发生。
2、机床的安装:
本机床应安装在室内、防水、无明显震动、无污尘的地方,可采用混凝土结
构的地基,地面应平整。安装前,应仔细阅读机床“使用说明书”,参看机床的
“外形图”
(详见“ 机床外形图”
)和“地基图”
(详见“ 机床地基图”
,机床的
周围应留有足够的空间,便于安装调试和使用。做好水泥地基(或铺盖木地板)

将地脚螺栓穿过主机底板和送料架地脚螺栓孔,调整垫铁,使地脚螺栓插进地基
预留孔中,灌入水泥浆,待地基水泥干固后,组装各部件。
组装完毕后,将主机与辅机校正水平。经检查检验合格后,将地脚螺母紧固:
方可启动调试和使用。
3 TRANSPORTATION/LIFTING AND INSTALLATION OF MACHINE
This machine is composed of main body and feeding device. Machine should be handled carefully
during transportation,lifting and installation to avoid the possible hitting on the machine and
damage to the relative personnels.

The machine should be installed and work indoor & water-proofly in the circumstances without
obvious vibration and no dust pollution. The ground floor would better to be of concrete foundation
and smooth. Before installation, please read and study machine’s Operator Manual, outline drawing
and foundation drawing. There should be some necessary space around the machine for the
installation and futural use. When the cement foundation (or wood floor) is ready, insert the anchor
bolts through the bolt hole between base-plate of main body and foundation, adjust the CUSHOIN
BLOCK to let the anchor bolt right into the bolt hole, then pour cement slurry. Install the parts of
machine only when the foundation cement is dry and solid.

After the complete installation, it’s a must that the main body and feeding device shall be on the
same height level.With the anchor nut fastened,the machine can be debugged and used

四、机床的主要结构概述:

机床由床身、工作台、锯架旋转起升机构、锯架、夹紧装置、带锯条涨紧装
置、主传动系统、液压系统、电器系统、冷却系统、润滑系统等部分组成。
1、床身:床身为钢板焊接而成的长方形箱形结构,刚性强。工作台、立柱、
电气、冷却装置…等,均固定在床身上。床身内腔装有电气控制箱、液压油箱、
液压泵站、液压管路、冷却液池…等。床身前后两侧设有地脚螺栓孔。
2、工作台:工作台为铸件(亦有钢板焊接件供用户选择)。以螺
栓固定在床身上。工作台的前侧固装有接料台,用于承接锯切下来的成品工件;
工作台后侧装有托料滚筒;工作台的台面上装有夹料虎钳;工作台左侧装有夹紧
油缸,控制工件的夹紧和松开。

3、锯架旋转起升机构:由齿轮、齿条、抬升缸、 弹簧、…等组成床台和锯
架通过销轴铰接,其支座与床身连接。锯架可以在抬升缸的作用下升起和降落,
锯架在 PLC 里设定角度后可以在齿轮和齿条的作用下向机床的前方旋转到设定
度。
4、锯架:锯架为组焊的弓形箱体。主电机、主动锯轮系、从动
锯轮系、蜗轮箱、导向臂、导向头、带锯条涨紧装置…等均组装在锯架箱体上。
锯架由油缸驱动上升或下降。
5、夹紧装置:前后两右虎钳固定在工作台上,前后两左虎钳为液控活动钳,
可沿工作台导轨左右移动。液压泵启动后,手动状态下触按“前钳夹紧”或“后
钳夹紧”按钮,电磁阀驱动夹紧油缸,可以使前后虎钳夹持着工件。触按“前钳
松开”或“后钳松开”按钮,前后虎钳则松开工件。
6、涨紧装置:带锯条的涨紧装置,由滑块、滑板座、等组成。顺时针方向旋
转涨紧螺杆,带动滑块涨紧带锯条;反之带锯条被松开。
4 INTRODUCTION OF MAIN STRUCTURE
The machine is composed of main body, working table,columns,saw frame,clamping device,

blade tension device, main transmission system,hydraulic system, electrical system,coolant

system,oiling part.

1 Main body: the body is rectangular box structure made from welding steel plate. Working

table,columns, electronics, coolant part are all fixed in the body. Inside the rectangular box, there

have electric control box,hydraulic oil tank, hydraulic power tank,hydraulic pipes, coolant pool, etc.

The front and back side have anchor bolt hole.

2 Working table: this is made from casting part ( welding steel plate is optional), and fixed to

the body by anchor bolt. In the front of the working table has receiving station to hold the cutting

workpieces. In the back to the working table there has supporting roller; on the table there has

clamping vice;on the left has clamping cylinder to control the clamp & loosen of the workpieces.

3 SAW FRAME’S LIFTING AND ROTATING: The lifting mechanism of the saw frame is

composed of a gear, a rack, a lifting cylinder and a spring,... The utility model is characterized in that

the bed and the saw frame are hinged through a pin shaft. The saw frame can rise and fall under the

action of the lifting cylinder, and the saw frame can be rotated to the setting of the front of the

machine tool under the action of the gear and the rack in the PLC

4 Saw frame: it is a bow-like welding box. The main motor, active saw wheel, driven saw

wheel, worm gear box, guiding arm, guiding head, blade tension device are all equipped on saw

frame. It is cylinder-driven for lifting and descending.

5 Clamping device: 2 jaw vices are equipped on the working table. Each jaw vices has 1 right

claw and 1 left claw, the lift one can move along the sliding track. When the power pack starts and

under manual control state, touch”Front Vice Close” or “Back Vice Close” on the LED screen,

the solenoid valve will drive the clamping cylinder to let the vices clamp the workpieces. Press

“Front Vice Open” or “Back Vice Open”, the vices will loosen the workpieces.

6 Blade tension: turn the screw in the clockwise direction, blade will ben tensioned; turn

the screw in the anti-clockwise direction, blade will loosen.

五、机床的传动系统(主传动、液压、电器):
1、主传动系统:由电机、蜗轮箱、主动锯轮机构、从动锯轮机构组成。
2、液压系统:
机床液压工作原理:
该机床的液压运动:锯架“进刀”、“工进”、“退刀”、虎钳“夹紧”与“松
开”,都是各自独立的。在电器系统控制下,液压系统向指定执行机构元件供给
压力油,驱动其动作。

在“工进”时,旋转“调速阀”可获得用户切削所需的各级速度,即液压“无
级调速”

液压系统压力设定为 2.2-2.6Mpa.液压油箱容积为 65 升。
液压系统由油泵、电机、换向阀、调速阀、电磁阀、减压阀、截流阀、液控
单向阀、油缸、油箱、油管、管道…等组成(详见 液压原理图)。
液压油温界限示意表:

100 度—80 度 危险温度 绝对不能使用

界限温度 会缩短作动油的寿命,应使用油冷器,油
80 度—60 度
温每上升 8 度,其使用寿命将次第减半。

60 度—15 度 可用温度 30 度左右是最适当的使用温度,性能最


佳,寿命最长。

15 度—0 度 低温 低于 15 度的油温,粘度高,压力不正常。

3、电器系统:

概述:电器系统由主电动机、液压电动机、冷却电机、行程开关、配电箱、
工作灯、触摸屏和 PLC、操作面板、电缆…等组成(详见电器原理图)

5 TRANSMISSION SYSTEM(MAIN TRANSMISSION, HYDRAULIC, ELECTRICS):


1 Main transmission system: composed of motor/worm gear box, active saw wheel, driven

saw wheel

2 Hydraulic system:

-The machine’s hydraulic actions including Approaching, Cutting feed, Retract &, opening and

closing of claw vices,they are all independent. Under the electrics' control , hydraulic system

will supply hydraulic oil to the designated actuator and drive it to work. While cutting, Turn

Stepless Feeding speed regulator to realize the feeding speed for different materials.

-Pressure of hydraulic system is 2.2-2.6Mpa, and volume of hydraulic oil tank is 65L.

-Hydraulic system is composed of oil pump, motor, selector valve, speed regulating valve,

solenoid valve, pressure relief valve, shutoff valve, hydraulic control one-way valve,cylinder, oil tank,

oil pipe,etc.

3 Electric system: is composed of main motor, hydraulic motor, coolant motor, travel switch,

power distribution cabinet, working lamp, touch screen and PLC, operation panel, electric

cables,etc.

六、机床的冷却与润滑:
1、冷却系统:
冷却系统包括冷却泵、管道、接头、喷嘴、冷却液池。它主要用于锯切时带
走切削热。冷却液池利用床身内腔空间,容积 30 升。冷却泵安装在床身右侧冷
却液池中。由冷却管排出的冷却液,经锯架、导向臂、导向头,射入带锯条切削
部位进行冷却。
2、润滑系统:

(1)机床运行前和运行后,对运动部位应按规定加注润滑油。如“立柱导轨”

蜗轮箱、床台、…等,每天上班前应按规定加注润滑油。
(2)正常工作三个月后,应清洗液压油箱、更换液压油。锯轮的
轴承,更换润滑油。润滑部位如下表:

6. COOLING AND LUBRICATION:


1 Coolant system: this system includes coolant pump,conduits,joints,spray nozzle,coolant

pool. The main functions of this part is for take away the cutting heat during working. Coolant pump

is equipped in the coolant pool. Volume of coolant pool is 30L . Cooling liquid will discharge from

coolant pipe, and go through saw frame,guiding arm, guiding head, then inject the cutting part of

the saw blade for cooling.

2 Lubricating system: before and after the machine’s working, user should add oil to the

working parts, for example, the guiding rail of column, worm gear box, etc. These parts should add

oil everyday before working. After usage of three months, user should clean the oil tank and change

hydraulic oil. Bearings of saw wheel should change lubrication oil. The lubricating parts are as

七、机床的试车、调整和操作:
1、试车:机床安装完毕后,校正水平,并经检验合格后,即可试车。
试切胚件尺寸:φ100mm 左右圆棒料一件(由用户提供)。选取合适的切削速
度和进给速度(参看本书“切割效率”表)。切割第一刀时,将换算得到的速度
减半,观察切下的铁屑形状和切削全过程。切削顺利再切削时,便可逐步提高至
正常切削速度。
试切前,先开启液压泵,检查液压系统压力是否正常(机床出厂时己调整好。
若机床在运输中受到了冲击、波动,请按液压原理图重新调整),首先空车试运
行各动作,并检查是否有泄油现象、观察各运动是否正常。如出现异常现象,参
看本书“故障排除”。如不能解决问题,立即停机,请及时与我公司联系解决。
2、调试:

(1)启动液压泵,观察或调节液压系统压力符合本书的要求。
(2)带锯条更换后,带锯条背面不应紧贴锯轮边缘,要适当留有一点间隙。
带锯条涨紧力应基本吻合本书给出的涨紧力参数;并进行“涨紧 → 检查 → 松
开 → 涨紧 → 检查…”反复调节,直到合格为止。
(3)按工件材质和直径,在本使用说明书中选取适当的切削速度和进给速度,
并按“切割效率”面积进行换算速度、试切。
3、操作:
(1)机床工作前,应参看本“使用说明书”
,了解机床的参数、性能、液压功
能、电器功能;了解“安全注意事项”

(2)加满液压油、冷却液至要求位置。
(3)将机床置于“手动状态”
,开启液压,油泵空运行 15 分钟。
(4)按“退刀”按钮将锯架升至顶端;按“前钳松开”、“后钳松开”将活动
虎钳打开。
(5)放入工件并将工件夹紧
(6)点动触按“快速进刀”快速下降锯架,在带锯条离工件约 50mm 时停住。
调整好上限位行程位置并锁紧。
(7)按“工作进给”按钮,缓慢转动无级调速阀开始切削。特别是第一刀时,
应眼看耳听,观察切削全过程。如有异常现象,应立即按“退刀”按钮,检查、
解决问题后再切削。
(8)第一刀切削完毕,机床的下限位行程开关动作后会自动停转并“退刀”;
当退至调整好的上限位位置时会自动停机,单次切削完成。
(9)操作中如有疑难,请参看“液压系统原理图”和“电器系统原理图”

4、 切削材料、速度、效率数据请参照表二。
7. TESTING, ADJUSTING AND OPERATION:

1 Ahead of trial cut, the operator should start the power pack to see if all the meters

show normal,especially pressure in the hydraulic system. In case of abnormal, please perform the

readjustment according to the hydraulic diagram,then perform every single action unit, you may see

some oil leakage or abnormal actions of any unit, you have to fix them before trial cut. If you can

not fix them, please get in contact with our engineer department immediately.

After the installation is completed and the machine is sure to be in the horizontal position, the trial

run could be performed. It’s suggested to use a 200mm diameter steel bar as the trial cutting

material(The user need to prepare this bar themselves).Referring to the Efficiency Chart, we can

select the correct cutting and feeding speeds correctly and properly, however we will perform the

1st tril cutting at the half of those speeds. During this cutting we will check the chip shap and the

whole cutting process. If the shape is good and the process is stable and smooth, increase cutting

and feeding speeds until its reasonable value.

2 Testing:
I. Open the hydraulic pump, observe or adjust the pressure of hydraulic system.

II. The back of band saw blade shouldn’t be too close to the edge of saw wheel,there

should have a little gap. Then do the following process: tension -- check -- loosen -- tension --

check. User can repeat it for several times until it is qualified.

III. According to the material and size SELECT the cutting speed and feeding speed of this

manual. The trial cut will be done after deciding the speed as per the Efficiency Chart

3 Operation:
I. Before operation, please read the operation manual, study the specifications,functions,

hydraulic functions, electrical functions and the safety precautions.

II. Fill the hydraulic oil and coolant liquid to the required position.

III. Touch “Manual Run” to enter a lower page, touch “Oil pump start” to start it and let

it work without any load for 15 minutes.

IV: Press “Quick Retract”to rise the saw frame to the top, then press “Front Vice

Open”and “Back vice open”to keep both vices open.

V: Put the material in place and hold it by touching “Front Vice Close”and “Back vice

close”.

VI: Press “Quick Approach”to descend the saw frame, and stop it at 50mm height above

the workpiece. Adjust the upper limit switch and lock it.

VII: Press “Blade Feeding”, slightly turn the stepless feeding speed regulator. At this time

the trial cut will start slowly. Please pay whole attention for the first cut to observe the whole

cutting process. If there’s abnormal phenomenon, please press “Quick Retract” to stop

immediately and then check.

VIII: After the first cut, the saw frame will hit LOWER limit switch and then it will rise to the

preset upper limit switch. One whole cut is over.

4 Please reference the chart two for materials,speed and efficiency.

八、机床的维护与保养、故障的排除和安全及注意事项:
1、维护与保养:
(1)在机床使用前,对机床的导轨、轴承等应按润滑系统要求,施加润滑油;

按要求清洗液压油池,更换液压油。

(2)机床工作时,应首先启动液压系统,然后空车运行 15 分钟 ,未发现异

常现象后,方可进行切削。

(3)每天工作完毕后,应将带锯条放松,以便延长使用寿命。

(4)每天工作完毕后,应将工件拖离出机床,清扫切屑和其它物品,擦干工

作台面上的、导轨上的冷却液。最后将锯架下降到下端位置,并垫好垫木块。

(5)每天下班时必须关掉总电源开关以防意外。

(6)一般三年应大修一次。

8.MAINTENANCE,TROUBLE SHOOTING AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS


-MAINTEANCE:
1 Before using the machine, the lubrications must be done on the the bearing,guiding track
and sliding block. As one of the maintenances the operator need to clean the oil tank and change
the hydraulic oil timely as specified.
2 Each time the operator want to use the machine, he needs to start the hydraulic system
and keep it working without load for 15 minutes. As long as it’s sure without any problem, the
operator could start to do the cuttings on the machine.
3 After one day’s cutting, loosen the band saw blade in order to extend its lifetime.
4 After one day’s working, please remove the workpieces from the machine and clean the
chips, and dry the coolant fluid on the working table. Last, descend the saw frame to the bottom,
and put the wooden cushion block.
5 After one day’s working,the power supply shoud be cut off in case of accident.
6 Normally, a comprehensive/master inspection and repairs will be done every three years.

3、安全及注意事项:
(1)、左右导向臂与活动虎钳的相对位置应注意调整,防止当锯架下降时,两
者相碰。
(2)、工作时应检查虎钳是否夹紧工件。
(3)、机床虎钳夹紧与松开,系采用二位四通电磁换向阀。油泵开启后,压力
油进入夹紧油缸无杆腔,虎钳如果处于松开状态,将立即出现“夹紧”动作。请
注意安全。
(4)、电源电压不得超过电器设备额定电压的±10%,以免损害电器设备。
(5)、安全警示标牌:
a、电器设备必须接地良好。机床安装时,将一铁棒打入地下一定深度,用
导线将机床外壳与铁棒良好连接。
b、本机床液压电磁阀工作电压为直流 24V,检查或修理机床时,必须先切断
机床电源。
c、在切削过程中,禁止打开两端锯轮盖,以防旋转的锯条飞出伤人。
d、在切削过程中,主电机以皮带驱动减速机,禁止打开皮带轮防护罩。
e、在切削过程中,带锯条由主电机驱动,禁止使用手柄旋转涨紧丝杆。
f、在切削过程中,严禁用手触摸带锯条,以免对人身造成伤害。
g、新购来的机床,要求使用一个月后应清洗、更换蜗轮箱油液。此后,每
三个月更换一次。

-SAFETY & PRECAUTIONS :


① Please pay the special attention to the relative position of guiding arms and vises .IF this
relative position is not adjusted properly,IT’S VERY POSSIBLE FOR THEM TO HIT EACH OTHER WHEN
THE SAW FRAME LOWERS DOWN.User should check if the vice is clamping well the workpieces
when machine is working.
1 Clamping & loosening of vices should adopt 2-place & 4 –passage electromagnetic
valve. When started oil pump, hydraulic oil will go into clamping cylinder, if the vices are loose,
please clamp it immediately. Pay attention to safety.
2 Power voltage shouldn’t surpass ±10% of the rated voltage in case cause damage to
the machine

3 Safety warning sign:
I. Electrical equipment must be well grounded.
II: Forbidden to open the two wheel covers during cutting process.
III:Motor drives the reducer by belt , so belt covers are forbidden to open during cutting
process.
IV: Forbidden to touch saw blade during cutting process.
V: The working voltage of hydraulic solenoid valve is 24V. Before check or repair the
machine, must cut off the power firstly.
VI: The new machine should clean and change the oil of worm gear box after one month
usage. Thereafter, change it every three months.
