Search for Business Partners by various search criteria like ID, Name,
Role Function or Location.
The Results are shown in a dashboard View with a direct overview on the
different details.
Use the tabs to navigate to the different screen with the relevant information.
Maintain the basic data in the initial screen “General Data”.
Maintain the basic data in the screen “Qualifications”. You can easily add
qualifications from the qualifications catalogue tree. For the qualification you
can maintain the individual proficiency.
When you select more than one Business Partner from the Search Result dashboard,
the Button “Maintain Availabilities” gets enabled. By clicking on that Button a popup
appears like in the Availability maintenance. But in that case, all selected Business
Partner will be maintained.

Mass Maintenance of Availabilities
In that Popup you have the same functionality like in the single maintenance mode.
So you can define distributed Availabilities. After clicking on OK another popup will
appear, where you can see, which Business Partner are maintainable and which are
not.

Integration to Resource Dashboard
Use the tabs to navigate to the different screen with the relevant information.
So you can navigate to the CS Resource Dashboard, which is automatically
integrated when it is installed, without leaving the CS.
