timely manner, yet flexible to multitask when necessary. I enjoy learning new programs, processes, and learn and work in a fast-paced

∙ Held target groups for students that need extra support four times a week for 45 minutes each day and developed instructional activities
based on their individual needs.
∙ Participated in parent teacher conferences and multi-disciplinary school meetings regarding at risk students (resiliency) that monitored
and discussed student progress and areas of need.

∙ Provides staff training to maintain consistency in the discipline process and to encourage staff’s role and responsibility in reinforcing
resident/inmate compliance with rules, policies, and procedures.

facilitate program review on each offender and update their progress.
