STRATEGY

Strategy is a term that refers to a complex web of thoughts, ideas, insights, experiences, goals,

expertise, memories, perceptions, and expectations that provides general guidance for specific

particular ends.

According to Kathleen M. Balley, strategy is about giving an organization purpose and direction.

Motivating trustees. Staff and volunteers to engage meaningfully with the external environment

linking in to funders and beneficiaries.

According to Joanna Baker and Heatcher Westrup, strategy about determining how an

organizations will match its diverse capabilities with the needs of stakeholders, now and in the

future (in order to maximize impact)

According to A.J.HOGE, An organizations strategy will determine how it relates to the outside

world – how it makes the most of opportunities, responds to change and faces up to threats:

opportunities to innovative, improvise and improve.

 MEDIA

Media are the collective communication outlets or tools used to store and deliver information.

According to nurrochim (2013:17-18) Stated that medium as a mediator that delivers information

between sender and receiver.

According to gerlach and ely in bakri (2011:3) divide teaching media in wide meaning and

narrow meaning. Media in wide meaning is a people, material or event which can create

condition so that students can get new knowledge skill or attitude.

According to Arsyad (2009:4) is a media that bring instructional purpose of massages or

information of learning. Media in means ofexpressing message and information.

MODEL

Model is a pattern orplan which can be used to shape a curriculum or course, to select

instructional materials and to guide a teachers.

like or how it works.The model is often smaller than the object it represent.
According to Joyce and Marsha Weil’s (1980) Model is a plan or pattern that can be used to

shape curricula. To design instructional materials and to guide instruction in the classroom and

other things.

TECHNIQUE

Technique is a particular stratagem or procedure use to accomplish a particular objective.

According to Kathleen M.Bailey, technique is a particular method of doing an activity ussualy a

method that involves practical skills.

According to Joanna Baker and Heatcher Westrup, technique is skill and ability in an artistic,

sporting or other practical activity that you develop through training and practice.

According to A. J.Hoge, technique as a survey method of research and examples of its use are

described.
