VIDEO N°1 – EXTRUSORA DE POLIPROPILENO (Starlinger Circular Loom SL 6)

The machine works to produce linear or high-density polyethylene sleeve or sheet. The
products are used in the manufacture of bags, packaging, etc. The machine has screw
and bimetallic furnace, displaceable tower, pneumatic drive, double winder for sleeve
or sheet.

VIDEO N°2– TELARES CIRCULARES (Starlinger Tape Extrusion Line starEX 800)
This circular loom series is used to weave PP / PE fiber to the woven bag can weave
different planes of the total quality of yarn recycled material. Reasonable design, the
right structure, easy operation, easy maintenance, low consumption and high efficiency:

VIDEO N°5- VIDEO DE IMPPRESORA.

This roll-to-roll printing machine for coated and uncoated fabric combines outstanding
print quality in 4 or 6 colours with a maximum of product flexibility. The same printing
cylinders are used for varying bag lengths, which makes the dynaFLEX ideal for small to
medium lots. Easy touch screen operation, chambered doctor blade system for sharp
printing with minimum ink consumption.
CONCLUCIONES

 Llegamos a la conclusión que en la efectividad del mantenimiento actual los

indicadores que son: los procedimientos para el mantenimiento y manejo de
las relaciones humanas tienen el mismo valor que es el 3 y tienen aspecto
regular.
 Llegamos a la conclusión que manejo de repuestos, herramientas y suministros
tiene el valor más bajo que es 1 tiene aspecto con deficiencias. Para mejorar
esto se debería de hacer un inventario y administrar bien las cuentas.
