• Created an airfoil prototype with a partner using the program XFLR5
• Calculated the Reynolds number for the prototype values in XFLR5 and compared that number with the realistic values
Applied Airfoil Design 11/16-03/17
• Designed an airfoil in Autodesk Inventor and used a 3D printer to print the final product
• Tested the 3D printed airfoil in a wind tunnel on various settings, in order to gather data on lift, drag, and velocity

Financial Econometrics Project – Is the Yield Curve a Good Predictor of the Business Cycle? 08/18-12/18
• In this project, we looked to explore the factors of the business cycle that affect the US Real Gross domestic Product (GDP).
Over the course of the last 50 years, there has been a general cyclical trend, such that any change in direction of the 2/10 yield
curve, has a corresponding effect on the real GDP growth. We also looked to investigator further factors ranging from
unemployment to trade, and their ability to predict recessions. Our project looks to expand Frederic Mishkin’s work by
examining a range of business cycle components that affect the real gross domestic product.
