Dear Students ,
Greetings of the Day!!
The idea of introducing industrial project report by University in 4th semester is to give you practical
exposure about industry. In this Semester you are required to submit an Industrial Exposure Report to
your faculty guides allotted to you.
The report should be spiral bound with one index & divided into 4 parts: A, B, C & D.
Part A & B can be in the groups of 3-4 students under the same faculty guide, but no two groups can
have the same industry. Only faculty members can allot the same industry. Part C & D will be completed
individually. For Part A & B information can be gathered through Internet, Newspapers, Magazines,
websites etc but for Part C & D visit to the organization is mandatory & proof of such visit should be
enclosed in the report. Follow below mentioned deadlines. After this none of you will be allowed to do
submissions.

only 20 % plagiarism is allowed. Appearance for viva exam is mandatory otherwise your marks will be
zero

Students are required to visit any Service organization (company) & on the basis of interaction with the
employees will prepare a report as per the following format.
Along with the visit information may also be gathered through Press Clippings, websites, Industry

PART – D
Industrial Visit Report
Industrial Visit will be organized by the Institute through Coordinators. Students are required to prepare
a Hand written report of 2 to 4 Pages with Photographs.

Printing Instructions for project

1 Part D – Industrial Visit Report needs to be hand written.


2. The content needs to be justified, properly formatted:
 For Heading: Font – Times New Roman –14
 Content: Font – Times New Roman –12
 Line Spacing: 1.5 lines
 Headings to be numbered properly.

3. Once the content has been approved, each student will take reference no from the admin office.
4. The hard copy (PRINT FORM IN A SINGLE SPIRAL (PART A, B, C & D) WITH PROPER INDEX)
needs to be done.

Mode of Evaluation: The performance of a student will be evaluated as under:

1. Part-A Industry Report 15 Marks


2. Part-B Report on Trade Organization 15 Marks

3. Part- C Report on Service Organization 20 Marks

4. Part-D Industrial Visit Report 10 Marks

5. Viva Voce (including PPT) 40 Marks
