Pre-Joining Formalities:
Please bring the below mentioned original mandatory documents and two Xerox copies of each of the documents mentioned below, to
academy for verification. At the time of verification, please show each of the mandatory original documents to the concerned faculty
member.

Mandatory Documents:
1. Xth Marksheet + Pass Certificate
2. XIIth Marksheet + Pass Certificate
3. Graduation Marksheet+ Pass Certificate
a. All year / All semester marksheets
4. Date of Birth Certificate
5. Aadhar card
6. Address proof
a. Copy of Voters ID card / Valid Passport / Electricity, Water bills in your name / Bank statement of your account
7. PAN card/Acknowledgement Receipt
8. 2 resume copy
9. 6 photographs (Recent)
10. Work Experience Certificate (If applicable)
a. Relieving letter of the last job
b. Salary slip of the last job
11. Caste certificate, if you belong to SC/ST/OBC (other than general category)

On each of the Xerox copies, please take signature of the stipulated faculty member and upload the documents in Axis Bank portal

Students failing to submit the above document or who can be shown to have provided false or misleading information as part of an
application or subsequent registration will be subject to action under the Disciplinary Regulations which may include rustication from the
program.

● You should abide by the academic milestones and all other guidelines governing the execution and completion of this program.
● Carry basic utilities
● In case you are on specific treatment, please carry required medications
● You are hereby advised not to carry expensive items i.e. Watches / Jewelries/ Bulk Cash/ Music Instruments / Laptops / I-Pad /
Cameras / Iron (Press) etc.
● Please ensure to carry optimum warm clothes & a blanket accordingly as per the season.
