Big five Openness People high on this are open to new experiences and are sophisticated. Whereas low scorers see things in a similar way. Challenges are to make the low scorers think in a new approach to emerge creativity. Conscientiousness High scorers are well planned and very careful in doing work. On the other hand, low scorers can be careless. Challenges include making each one of us independent than to rely on each other. Extraversion Having reserved and occupied team-mates can be a weakness to the friendly and talkative people (high scorers). Agreeableness High scorers are mostly like because they agree on whatever is presented to them. This brings us threat to minimize participation and emergence of new and creative ideas. Low scorers may sound rude but they place their point. Emotional Stability People who score high are likely to be nervous, being liable to not present their work in their full capacity, whereas, the low scorers are calm who can easily be able to present their work and seem like that they do it effortlessly.
