Introduction
In this presentation I’ll try to give an idea about the new vision of the center
presenting the following points:

INNOSOFT-Maroc Strategic Business Units: I explain the main SBU of the center

Action plans: Short, middle and long term: I present a table that summarise the
actions. note that with short term actions we can start on the three up coming
months

Short Business Plan: I give a synthetic idea about the business and its originality

whenever you agree, I let you have a detail of each point and how we should work.

The training activities concerned the following three Units

1. Enterprise Training: INNOSOFT-Maroc will focus on SMEs

2. Heterogeneous groups Training: INNOSOFT-Maroc will conceive training

packages in special topics of IT & Business devoted to actors from different
areas (managers, engineers, technicians, physicians…)

3. Homogeneous groups Training: INNOSOFT-Maroc will conceive training

packages in special topics of IT & Business devoted to actors from the same
business field (agriculture, industry, tourism…)

1. BBA, MBA and DBA

INNOSOFT-Maroc will launch in partnership with Balearic Islands,

Laspalmas and other potential international universities and institutes
programs in Business & IT. these programs concerned professionals
only (week end)

E-Education Strategic Business Units

E-Eductation is a platform devoted to young students (Bac). It allows an

active orientation and a dynamic coaching for those students to
succeed their academic curriculum.

governance in partnership with international offices

tables. These tables concerned 5 to 7 professionals debating recent
topics on business and IT. They will be published by a special electronic
