by helping the youth of today.

TCS Pakistan is committed for playing a key role in the society by helping underprivileged units
of the country and also for social development of Pakistan. It is your first corporate social
responsibility and core value from your organizational mission to work for empowering the
society by enhancing the financial capability of young and poor students through sponsoring
them. I therefore, with humble submissions request you to offer me sponsorship for Young
Leaders’ Conference 2019.I will remain thankful to you.

I am Abrar Ali Kunbher from Naudero, Larkana, Sindh. I belong to middle-class

family. I am hard working and confident. I study at Department of Business Administration,
Shah Abdul Latif University Khairpur Mir’s Sindh. I am very punctual and attentive at my
university studies, and also actively engaged in various educational and social activities at my
university and nearby areas. My aim is to gain Knowledge and experience from these kind of
events like this YLC2019. I have participated in many regional social events and activities;
Pakistan’ First Gender Equality Based Youth Mobility Conference Karachi, Take a Child to School
a project of British Council in collaboration with SEWA Development Trust Sindh, in which I
enrolled more than 30 children in schools, Future Leaders Conference Larkana, Rising
Leadership Conference Naudero. But now I want to participate in national level conference
Young Leaders Conference. I am unable to afford conference fee which is PKR 75,000.
Therefore, you are humbly requested for sponsoring my fees as I can be able to participate in
this life changing conference and bring positive change in my society. I hope you will consider
my request. I will be grateful to you if you will help me for this noble cause. Naudero is a small
underprivileged town that needs attention by the organization like you for awareness,
opportunities and support and hence your support can only do this to change one’s life.

The 18th Young Leaders Conference – The 350 is being held on July 1-6,2019
at Lahore.The Young Leaders Conference is the largest annual youth event of Pakistan, attended
by youngsters aged 18-24 from every corner of the country and the world. The YLC is 6-day
residential conference designed to be a rigorous and tough-provoking leadership training
program, having a legacy of 17 years. You can find more about YLC on their official website

As you can see, this will be powerful experience, enabling me to interact with many prominent
personalities whom most of us only read about in papers and see on television.

My participation at this event will allow me to build my personal capacity and then transfer my
knowledge to my friends, colleagues and to my community. You are thus investing in a process
of change and development.

Imagine if you had been given this opportunity for a life-changing experience while you were
still a student and were unable to participate due to lack of funds. I, the youth of today, face a
similar situation, and look up to you as pillar of support.

My participation in the Conference depends on whether I can raise PKR 75,000 in sponsorships.
The conference fee is PKR 75,000 and my travel to the Conference will cost PKR 7,000. Though
my family, institution and personal savings, I have raised PKR 4,000 and still require PKR 75,000

It would be privilege for me to represent your organization during the YLC, 2019. I can
announce/promote your organization name as marketing ventures, intern for the organization,
market your organization on social media, etc.

I hope that UNDP will assist me with all or part of those costs. My fee must be paid no later
than May 30, 2019.

Your support for my sponsorship request would be greatly appreciated. I will contact you next
week to discuss the possibility of receiving your support.
