Dear Turkish Scholarships Committee,
I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Mr. Sulaiman Ashna. I highly
recommend Mr. Sulaiman for the Turkish Scholarship opportunity of 2018.
I have known Mr. Sulaiman for the past 5 years of my teaching at Amani High School.
As he has taken Biology and Chemistry subjects that I teach. As his teacher, I had the
opportunity to observe his participation and interaction in class and to evaluate Mr.
Sulaiman’s knowledge of the subject matter. He is an outstanding student in all respects
– especially he had considerable experiments in practical sessions of biology class. As
he was an great team worker and he has proven that through hard work, follow through,
and team work, he can accomplish tasks in a courteous and timely manner.
Despite his excellency within the class, he had significant cooperation with other
students of the school, and always strived to strengthen the disciplinary system of
school through a close coordination with his other discipline teammates. In addition, he
won the 1st position award of “Biology Experiment Competition of 2016” among 100 top
students of Kabul province.
Mr. Sulaiman is well equipped to grow from challenges and he is really committed for
social activities and to help others in the community. Ultimately, he always have positive
viewpoints for the development of Afghanistan and he would possibly contribute in
rehabilitation of the country – especially in medical field.
I strongly endorse Mr. Sulaiman for the Turkish Government Scholarships Committee
because he proved his excellency, teamwork, and bringing innovative ideas, thus he
deserve the opportunity to be granted.
