DRY TRANSFORMER INSPECTION

Ensure all required data values are gathered, validated and noted
before heading to worksite.

VISUAL INSPECTION
1.1 Check that any applicable warning notices are in place and are
legible.
1.2 Inspect for obvious signs of mechanical damage, corrosion or
defects.
1.3 Inspect the condition and security of the cabling, glanding and
earthing.
1.4 Inspect fan cowlings, vents/grilles utilised for cooling or
ventilation are clean and free from obstructions.
1.5 Inspect for any loose fixings or mountings (including tie down
bolts)
1.6 Inspect Stop-Start Stations/Remote Control Stations/Emergency
Stops are operational and all guards/covers are in place.
1.7 Inspect for Transformer for obvious signs of mechanical damage
or defects.
1.8 Inspect all terminations ensuring they are clearly marked and
secure.
1.9 Inspect all earth bonding/bars/points ensuring they are clean
and secure.
1.10 If applicable, inspect anti-condensation heater for damage,
ensuring they operate correctly.
1.11 Ensure all protection devices, gauges are operational.
1.12 Where access allows, inspect interior of transformer / reactor
compartments and termination boxes, ensure all dust and debris is
removed.
1.13 Inspect terminal boxes for obvious signs of mechanical damage or
defects
1.14 Inspect all seals, gaskets and faces are clean and in good
condition.
1.15 Inspect insulator, Boots, Shrouds are clean and there are no
cracks.
1.16 Check operation of Transformer auxiliary systems (Purge,
Pressure, Cooling and Lubrication if applicable
1.17 Check operation of temperature gauges.
1.18 Return all equipment to normal operating state and verify
operation.
WORK ORDER COMPLETION
All defects found should be recorded in the Work Order history.

All faults or defects identified should be reported to the

Supervisor, who will recommend any remedial actions.

INSPEKSI DRY TRANSFORMER

Pastikan semua data yang dibutuhkan telah terkumpul, tervalidasi, dan
tercatat sebelum menuju lokasi kerja.

INSPEKSI VISUAL
1.1 Inspeksi semua peringatan yang berlaku di semua tempat dan yang
dapat terbaca.
1.2 Inspeksi semua tanda kerusakan mekanik, korosi atau kecacatan.
1.3 Inspeksi kondisi dan keamanan dari cabling, glanding dan
earthing.
1.4 Inspeksi fan cowling, vent/ grilles yang digunakan untuk
mendinginkan atau ventilasi adalah bersih dan bebas dari penghalang
1.5 Inspeksi apabila terdapat pemasangan yang longgar (termasuk tie
down bolts)
1.6 Inspeksi stop-start stations/ remote control stations/ emergency
stops apakah dapat dioperasikan dan apakah semua pelindung tersedia
di tempat.
1.7 Inspeksi semua transformer untuk semua tanda kerusakan mekanik.
1.8 Inspeksi semua terminations, pastikan semua telah ditandai
dengan jelas dan aman.
1.9 Inspeksi semua earthbonding/bars/points, pastikan semua bersih
dan aman.
1.10 Jika berlaku, periksa semua pemanas anti kondensasi, pastikan
semua dapat beroperasi dengan benar.
1.11 Pastikan semua alat proteksi dan pengukur dapat beroperasi.
1.12 Apabila dapat diakses, periksa bagian dalam kompartemen dari
transformer/reactor dan kotak termination, pastika semua debu dan
kotoran dibersihkan.
1.13 Memeriksa kotak termination untuk semua tanda kerusakan mekanik.
1.14 Memeriksa semua segel, gaskets dan faces, apakah sudah bersih
dan dalam keadaan yang baik.
1.15 Memeriksa insulator, boots, dan shrouds, apakah sudah bersih dan
tidak ada retakan.
1.16 Inspeksi operasi dari sistem bantuan transformer (pembersihan,
tekanan, pendinginan dan pelumas apabila berlaku)
1.17 Periksa operasi dari pengukur temperatur.
1.18 Kembalikan semua alat dalam keadaan operasi normal dan periksa
keadaan operasinya.

PENYELESAIAN WORK ORDER

Semua kecacatan yang ditemukan harus dicatat pada riwayat Work Order.
Semua fault atau kecacatan yang teridentifikasi harus dilaporkan ke
Supervisor, yang akan merekomendasikan langkah selanjutnya.
