gathering data on their strengths and developmental needs.
2. Coach School Heads towards improved instructional leadership practices.
3. Assess the situation of schools learning centers and identify action needed in place and
enabling environment.
4. Attend in service trainings and seminars called for by the SDO and Regional office.
