I write for and in behalf of the Pambuan National High School Alumni
Association (PNHSAA) to formally request your good office for the issuance of
a detailed list of graduates from years 1975 to present.

Relative to the above, we sincerely glad to inform you of the following material
matters, to wit:

1. Initial planning and brainstorming for future courses of actions in

preparation for the Grand Alumni Homecoming, and

2. Strategy formulation for efficient and effective communication and

information dissemination.
