Here I will explain some house rules. Well, really I haven't tested any one of them (after all it doesn't matter,
that's Toon!).

I don't know if there is any similar rule in any other book of Toon. My sources of Toon are limited (I only have
Toon Deluxe Edition and some files I've caught on Internet).

Skill reduction:
A character can reduce a basic skill and use the points subtracted to buy other skills or
Shticks. If you use them to buy Shticks, you must use the limit of two shticks for any
character. E.g.: Fox Molder reduces his Resist Fast Talk skill (after all, he believes almost
anything) which he has at a basic skill of 5 (he has got Smarts 5) at a new level of 2. Then
he uses those 3 points to increase his Run skill by 2 points and his Fast Talk skill by 1
point.
Armors:
Well, it is not very usual that the characters use any suit of armor, but let's go. A leather
armor absorb 1 point of damage and it doesn't reduce any skill. A chain mail armor
absorbs 3 points of damage and it reduces by 1 point the following skills of Zip: Dodge,
Jump, Run and Swim. A full plate armor absorbs 6 points of damage and reduces those
skills by 3 points. Welcome to the party!
Superpowers:
Ok, well, that's fine. We needed to parody the classic super guys theme. The characters
can buy powers just like shticks, but they won't have the usual limit of two shticks for
character and the second shtick (or the third, or...) won't cost +5 points, at least only in a
Super guys world. The following are the shticks of Toon that can be bought like
superpowers and their cost in points.

 Change shape 5
 Stretching 3
 Coat of arms 4
 Incredible strength 5
 Hypnosis 5
 Invisibility 5
 Incredible luck 3
 Teleportation 3
 Incredible speed 6
 Flight 4
A power usable in others costs +2 points, like any usual shtick.

And now I will list new powers. I caught two of them from a file on Internet (Conjuring
and Explosive body), and I've made the others up. It is a simple list of possible
superpowers.
 Armor 3,4 or 5: the character is so strong, fat or filthy that he has a natural
Armor. A character with Armor 3 absorbs 3 points of damage. With Armor 4
he/she would absorb 5 and with Armor 5 he/she would absorb 7 points of damage.
There is no skill in this power (shtick). It works automatically.
 Create bad luck 5: it's almost the antithesis of the shtick of Incredible luck.
Making a successful roll of the shtick of Create bad luck, the character can
generate bad luck to everyone he wants in view range. The particular effect of this
bad luck is left to the Animator's devious imagination. This shtick can be ignored
with a successful roll of the shtick of Incredible luck. This power is obviously
usable in others.
 Incorporeal body 6: making a successful roll of this shtick, the character
becomes incorporeal. When the character is incorporeal, he will be invulnerable
to all damage and he won't attack anyone (obviously, he doesn't have a body right
now). But he is still vulnerable to strong impressions, like fright or very very
beautiful people (of the opposite sex). In these cases, the character must pass the
roll of the shtick again or he will be corporeal again. If the character returns to his
corporeal body inside of something solid, he will fall down.
 Ray thrower 3 or 6: the character can throw rays (choose between rays of
energy, sonic rays, electricity, laser, etc). Ray thrower 3 will throw a ray with 1D
damage. Ray thrower 6 will cause 2D damage. The character must make a
successful roll of the Ray thrower shtick like in the Fire gun skill.
 Wall climber 3: a character with this shtick can climb over any surface like a
spider. He must make a successful roll of this shtick to remain stuck to that
surface. If the character rolls a dramatic failure he will fall and he will receive 2D
damage (even if he only climbed a chair).

Attributes and character generation:

There are two usual ways to generate a character in Toon. You can roll 1D for each
attribute or distribute 14 points between them. My idea is that you can roll 4D (four
dices) and distribute the total between your attributes. Then the players will be able to
generate characters more suitable to what they think they should be.
