Concept Statement
Description: ​The product is a press on makeup face mask for a finish look. The mask will be
sealed in the pack similar to normal face mask package. The customer is able to customized
their own style through the smart machine; select your facemask size, evaluate skin
type/color, select the makeup, and pick up the product. The idea come from our daily routine
that we don’t have enough time to do makeup in the morning and it sometimes cut down our
confidence. Thus, we believe to provide a solution for women to minimize their time during
rush hour with perfect faces, help women who couldn’t do well on makeup, and the one who
casually make an error and spending too much time fixing makeup. Hopefully, this
innovation will lead women to become more confident with flawless looks in everyday.
Target Market: ​Working women and teenagers who are in the age of getting to know and
meet many people at work or at school. The error tend to occur during rush hours, and they
couldn’t put on makeup properly. This product will be the answer for them to do the makeup
faster and more gorgeous. Our face mask machine also provide a system that help suggesting
the popular look to satisfied the customer who aren’t able to mix and match their looks.
Benefits: ​Saving time for doing make-up, and solving the problem for the people who
couldn’t do makeup properly or finding his/her match look. Our product delivers an easy
step: put on and take off. People who regularly change their looks or seldomly do makeup
will have no need to buy a whole new set of makeup, just grab our sheet mask for single-use.
Differentiation:​ In the cosmetic market, most companies only sale the product and the
customer have to buy various type of products to use for one makeup. For example, to do
makeup you need: concealer, brush on, eyeshadow, lipstick, etc. However, one pieces of our
product will provide everything that is needed for makeup. Moreover, the machine using to
make face mask is a smart technology that could remember the face size of the customer for
the next use. It helps to find the makeup that match with the looks, and skin types; reducing
risks in allergy.
Company’s management team: Unging​ used to be a top beauty blogger so that she knows
lots of problems from her followers. ​Pink​ earned a master degree in faculty of Science and
Technology from Lancaster University, UK. The company facemask-machine is also
developed from her graduated project. ​Wise​ is a makeup artist who work with many idols and
artists, so she knows lots of makeup styles. ​Tangkwa​ is a Cosmetic lab technician who work
with other scientists in developing and producing cosmetics for different skin types.
