o Managed several transformation projects for a leading pay-TV and OTT business using Agile project management

o Built and Managed the PMO function of a leading multinational consultancy (5+ simultaneous projects, $300k+).

workforce of a media production and operations department.
o Negotiated and closed USD500k+ deals, managed partner relations for the development of ADMC’s OTT and IPTV platforms
