To oversee the whole Supply Chain process in the country, we proposed to build a central board under the supervision of
ministry. This will ensure,

-Transparency.
-Fair playing field for all the party. Controlling the syndicate.
-Reduce political influence over the whole process.

 The Supply chain website, Software and Mobile app

Unlike the ministry website this website will be dedicated only for the supply chain scenario in Bangladesh. The website
will also cover the news on SCM in Bangladesh. The permitted users will have the access to the information to their
related business field like the stock market. The app will add one extra feature and that is notification. User will get the
notification after the transaction in their Fields.

 Anti Corruption committee in SC field:

This committee will work as mobile court under the ministry. It will consist member from law enforcement agency,
magistrate and other officials of the ministry. Will work to minimize the corruption related to SC. The board will ensure,

- Minimizing Bribery in the Roads, Ports and Customs
- Ending Extortion
 Government Procurement:
The ministry will monitor the Entity selection process of government procurement. It also will oversea Supply chain
process of the winning entity. The public procurement offered by the ministries will be monitored by this board. The
purpose of this idea is,

- To remove collision between different ministries.

- To speedup the procurement process
- To make the procurement process anti corrupted and transparent.

The Supply Chain Ministry, in collaboration with the Ministry of Power, Energy, and Mineral Resources will make sure
that the local and foreign industry get enough electricity within affordable price. Recent initiative of producing energy by
the government will have a contribution with this regard.

information flow) among all the SC parties will ensure efficiency and

Ministry will provide necessary information about the vendors/suppliers, so

with less hassle. Sourcing decisions will become far more easier as all the
information will be available in a single unified platform.

Ministry will provide a regular basis updated pricing list of the raw materials
and other goods to ensure fair pricing policy through transparency. Also
we will remove the existing price syndicate in the market. It ultimately will
lead to a price-balanced market.
