Glaciation in Switzerland

This  country  is  known  for  being  peaceful  and  happy,  but  there  is  not  such  a 
thing  as  perfect,  now  we  are  going  to  talk  about  what  8.5  million  people  call 
home, Switzerland. 
 
Skiing  is  one  of  the  most  well  known  sports  in Switzerland and many start at a 
young  age, but not as many know that it is impacting our environment in many 
different  ways.  An  example  is  deforestation, ski pistes are usually artificial and 
this  destroys  the landscape and even more importantly the wildlife living there, 
who  can  not  find  a  place  to  live  in many mountains any more. Another cause is 
the  artificial  snow  who  is  used  more  often  since  the  earth  is  warming  up,  but 
this  in  not  helping  since  we  are  using our fresh water to walk on it, if you think 
deeply  about  it  you  would  realize  that  is  the  human’s  fault  if  the  snow  is  gone. 
This huge problem could be easily done by using the snow remaining.  
 
Roads,  we  would  not  easily  walk,  drive,  shop  or  just  chill  without  them,  but 
creating  the  road  for  us  to  stand  on  makes  pollution  and  if  the  road  is  in  a 
forest  it  will  destroy  part  of  it  and  the  cars  passing  could  run  over  the  animals 
passing  by  and  make  them  sick  with  the  incredibly  disturbing  pollution  in  the 
area.  I  think  it  is  not  something  really  extreme  but  if  everyone  does  it  than 
wildlife is in trouble.
