AGREEMENT FOR INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING

M/S VEGAS CITY ENTERTAINMENT PVT. LTD. has decided to award the work for
the “INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING” OF 03 NOS. “ESCON MAKE 10
PASSENGER ELEVATOR” for his building at Dhulabari, Jhapa, Nepal to M/S ROYAL
UNI – TECH PVT. LTD., TRIPRESHWOR, KATHMANDU, Authorized Agent of
ESCON ELEVATOR INDIA PVT. LTD., for Nepal, as per details given and under the
below sated terms and condition

1. The site readiness as per general arrangement drawing has been kept ready before
the elevator lands at the site.
2. Proper lifting capacities hook beam in machine room for lifting materials.
3. Minor civil works like bed blocks in machine room, buffer block in pit, and
Scaffolding inside the lift well, pocket cutting in landings, chip and fill the plaster
if required at entrance and inside the shaft.
4. Lighting and white washing inside the lift well.
5. Pit to be made as per drawing and should be dry and waterproofed.
6. Three phase permanent power supply (380V- 415V) with main switch in machine
room. Separate Single phase with neutral require for machine room light or other
electrical works.
7. Separate Ear thing required in machine room.
8. A safely lockable covered and easily accessible storage space must be made
available before material land at site. Storage space must be reasonably near the
erection site and should be made available to our election crew until the lift is
handed over.
9. The entire works will be verified and approved by the project consultant before
commissioning and handover to client.
