Dear Sir:

We are writing this letter to inform you that we will be holding a basketball
league on the following dates- February 10, March 9, 10, 15,16,17 and 23 to be
held at the Jaro Plaza Gym from _____ to _____pm. It is our hope that by
introducing sports to the youth we are able to mold their character and to
safeguard them from the ills of society especially illegal drugs.

With this in mind we would like to ask permission that we be allowed to hold
the basketball league on the aforementioned dates. We are willing to comply
with any documentary requirement which may be needed in order to conduct
the said event.
