Job Details
Position : Sales Interns
A key objective of the Sales Internship program is to develop Sales leaders for the future
through structured training interventions. Each year the intern will be provided inputs to
develop him into an effective Sales Manager trough various tools: In house programs,
External Programs and On-the-job training.
The compensation package offered to the selected candidates will be Rs. 5,25,000 p.a. which
may be increased during the Pre-Placement Talk at the campus.
Note : The selected candidates will be absorbed as "Sales Interns". The detailed slide
(Slide 19) on this is in the presentation attached. Also the career growth path is
tremendous (shown in Slide No. 18) with International Exposure.
