education remains a key concern for many stakeholders. Hence, the responsibility of imparting
quality education in various disciplines now rests upon those authorities running and managing

Insights:
Since our world is changing, the ways and methods of quality education is also changing
from time to time. Because of this, the challenge is given to the educational managers. In this
research, I have learned many ways on how to improve ways in effective management. There are
However, in my opinion, these skills are so hard to attain. Human as we are, we are controlled by
emotions that sometimes we forgot how to act and decide on certain situations. Because of that,
as an educational manager, we need to set aside our emotions in order for the institution to
progress.
This research also talks about the different problems that an educational manager might
experience. These are: unsolicited political interference, lack of coordination, language barriers,
faulty policies, dictatorial rule, rural backwardness and societal resistance. As what I have
observed in some institution, I can say that most of these problems are really visible. However
we can solve this one through the suggestions of this research. The suggestions are: appointing
highly qualified, well trained and experienced educational managers, curbing political
balancing, framing fruitful policies, ensuring democratic rule and planning rural development.
These suggestions are very helpful in solving these issues that most of the institutions are facing.
