It was discussed to prepare revised finishing work schedule so that
completion of project can be achieved by May2021.

ARG sir will finalize the finishing material specifications in consultation


with Siddharth Sir. As of now CP, Sanitary & Door Fittings has been
finalized.

It was instructed to Mumbai team to prepare actual work done


quantity & projected quantity till 9th floor completion and compare
the same with budgeted quantity.

Sequence chart of finishing work activities has been prepared &


approved by ARG sir. It was instructed to circulate the same with all
technical team & management

It was discussed that to work out the cost impact of providing lift or
passenger hoist for customer visit to sample flat @ 9th floor.
It was discussed that delivery of Structural drawings needs to be speed
up. ARG Sir, RM Sir & SKD sir will discuss the same at HO how it can be
faster.

It was discussed that sample floor will be done @ 9th Floor (1st
typical) level. Management will give decision on how many show flats
to be prepared.

ARG sir insisted to use Rebar CAD software for preparation of BBS. But
both contractor's are submitting BBS in excel sheet for checking.
Hence it was concluded that Contractor's will submit the BBS in Rebar
CAD as per instructions of ARG sir.

It was discussed that enquiry should be floated to vendor for


Aluminium Window work on Design & Built basis. Upon receipt of
Design & quote from vendors the same will be vetted from façade
consultant of Kolkata.

It was discussed that concealed wall plumbing layout should be given


by MEP consultant for preparation of Shell Drawings of Rehab-2.

It was discussed that comparison of Civil Work Rate analysis should be


done between rates of Mumbai Project & Kolkata Projects.

It was discussed that Commercial Team of Mumbai will search for local
RMC supplier with reference of Dhirraj sir.
It was discussed that MLC will submit total reconciliation statement up
to 9th floor level. From 1st Typical floor Reconciliation statement will
be submitted with every bill. In case reconciliation statement not
submitted by MLC, their RA bill will not be accepted.

It was discussed & finalised that internal wall of Rehab-2 will have
putty finish plaster with 3 coats ( 1 coat coarse & 2 coat fine) approx.
2-3mm thk.

It was discussed & finalized that Safety net provision should be done
over foot path & 18.3M DP road for safety of pedestrians.

It was instructed that FORM-V should be issued to MLC ASAP to


complete the statutory compliance.
