Dear HR,

With respect to the job opening posted on www.dailyjobz.com, I am applying for the post of
“ASP Mechanical (Research & Development / Manufacturing)”.

I have obtained a Bachelor Degree in Aircraft Manufacturing Engineering from Shenyang

Aerospace University, China with a GPA of 7.241/10 (85.30%). In addition to the fluent
understanding of course works, I am proficient in using design oriented software that includes
CAD/CAM, CATIA, DELMIA, Siemens NX and various other design oriented software. These
softwares were extensively used for 2D and 3D drawings of different mechanical equipments
during my Final Year Project and internship.

During the internship of 6 months at Mercedes Benz (Daimler Greater China), I have worked on
different NX software projects which mainly include learning and then presenting the new NX
functions to the design team for efficient and cost effective optimization of suction and
ventilation areas of car oil sump. Furthermore, I have designed 2D and 3D drawing of heat shield
using Siemens NX Sheet Metal Method.

I was working in the R & D Department with Engine Design Team of Gasoline Engines whose
fundamental task was localization and testing of local engine component supply. Hence I was
closely working with production, quality management and purchase departments as well as with
the suppliers and technical services department.

My Final Year Project was based on the Designing and Simulation for machinery of aircraft
panel. Designing was done on CATIA software and simulation was performed on DELMIA
Software.

Currently I am working in Omar Jibran Engineering Industries as a Quality Engineer from Nov,
2017 till now. Here I am managing the On- Floor inspection and Pre-Shipment Inspection by
achieving lowest rejection of bad parts outflow. Also, study and present internal and external
rejection trend using quality tools. In addition, update and analyse fishbone diagram to
effectively cater 4M factors.

Moreover, my current work experience at System Teknologies International (STI), Islamabad

since March 2017 has helped me to convert my theoretical knowledge into real time practical
scenarios.
