PARTNERSHIP DEED

This deed of Partnership is executed on this 15th day of January 2019 by and between the following:-
1. MR.MUHAMMAD QAIS ISHAQ S/O MUHAMMAD ISHAQ R/O Tehsil Piplan District Mianwali having CNIC No. 38303-5239102-

2. MR.MUHAMMAD ISHAQ S/O MUHAMMAD SHARIF R/O Tehsil Piplan District Mianwali having CNIC No. 38303-4180790-7
Whereas the above mentioned partners have joined their hands to conduct the business partnership and to keep their relations
clear and settled mutually made this into writing and this deed is witnessed as under:-
1. That partnership shall run under the name and style of AL-MUEED TRADERS GOVT. CONRACTORS AND GENERAL ORDER
SUPPLIERS LIAQUATABAD PIPLAN TEHSIL PIPLAN DISTIRCT MIANWALI.
2. That head office of the firm shall be near Wapada House Liaquatabad Tehsil Piplan Dirstic Mianwali.
3. That business of the firm shall be AL-MUEED TRADERS GOVT. CONRACTORS AND GENERAL ORDER SUPPLIERS LIAQUATABAD
PIPLAN TEHSIL PIPLAN DISTIRCT MIANWALI or any other business with the consent of the Partners.
4. That Capital Investment by Partners will be according to the books of accounts which can be increased or decreased
according to the requirements of the partnership business.
5. The Partner shall share profit and loss as under, irrespective of the capital ratio.

6. That the duration of the partnerships business is AT-WILL.

7. That the books of accounts shall be maintained which shall be closed on 10 th day of January every year.
8. That partners at serial # 01 “Muhammad Qais Ishaq” will be act as managing Director of the firm, and authorized to appoint
any staff, workers, labour etc. for the purpose of business and to do any act required for running the business of the firm.
9. That bank, account of the firm will be open jointly by all the partners. The account can be operated by both partners.
10. The firm is free to deal with any bank to get loan by making, pledge, mortgaged. Or Hypothecation of it assets for the
purpose or getting loan on firm name for firm’s business purposes. Mr. Muhammad Ishaq is authorized to do all the
correspondence with the financial institution for the purpose of loan.
11. All the partners will accept full liabilities with full bonafide and in good faith jointly as well as severally regarding the
clearance/liquidation of the entire outstanding dues of finance availed by them from any schedules bank against the requisite
reasonable and satisfactory security. The personal properties of individual partner any subject to recovery of loan under the
Partner Act 1932.
12. That the parties shall be eligible to withdraw money for their personal expense debatable to their accounts respectively.
13. The in case of death of any party the legal heir successors or nominee of the deceases shall be treated as a party for all
iments and purposes.
14. The partners may amend, modify, add, alter or change any of term of this agreement with consent of majority of the
partners.
15. That subject to the above provisions all other matters shall be settled mutually according to Partnership Act, 1932 as
adopted by the Government of Pakistan.
