Dear HRD International Business Integrity Conference,

Assalamualaikum Wr. Wb., om Swastiastu, cultural namo and best wishes for all of us, shalom!

Someone once told me that when we are born, we are in a state of both hands grasping.

Like grasping something. She said, something that is in the grip of it is the destiny of our lives. As

ideals and love. When we let go of the grip, the destiny of our lives away. So at that time the world

will hear our cries for the first time. But someday, we will find it and get back on our hands.

Let me introduce myself. The boy’s descent Jawa has full name Bagus Prasetya. Often

called Bagus. Present for the first time in the world on 22 July 1997 through the couples Susilo

Puji Sanyoto and Triningsih. Being brother to two older brothers named Agung Kurnianto and

Yuda Aris Sanyoto.

During the six years of basic education at Retratu Elementry School, the three years of

secondary education in Al-Azhar Cilegon Junior High School were served as a chairman of the

student council, and eventually became alumni of Senior High School 1 Cilegon, and continuing

my education at the Trisakti University. This youngest of 3 siblings has also been a head of the

public relations division of the student council when it is in white and gray bench. As well as the

Participant in the National Science Olympiad in City Level 2010, participant of the 9th National

Jamboree in Palembang 2011, The Chief Executive of Benchmarking Trisakti University, etc.
 On this occasion, I will explain some of the reasons that make me worthy to join this one

of a big event in Indonesia.

1. As a student, corruption is a common enemy that must be eradicated. since childhood, I

have always been taught that taking something or someone else's rights is a despicable act.

Likewise with corruption which takes the rights of others to enrich themselves. I began to

think, prevention of corruption must be done everywhere, also in the private sector.

Therefore, I tried to participate in eradicating corruption by volunteering at this event;

2. Transparency International released a corruption perception index for countries in the

world for 2017 and Indonesia is ranked 96th. So that I realized that I had to help Indonesia,

especially the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), to continue to carry out

activities aimed at dealing with the increasingly rampant problem of corruption;

3. As a final year student, I also want to add to the experience of volunteering at International

Business Integrity Conference (IBIC). By being part of this event, of course I will continue

to hone my ability to communicate and collaborate as a team;

4. And finally, this is one of my contributions as a young generation to help lift Indonesia's

name in the world. So that the world knows that the corruption prevention system in

Indonesia has started to improve and can invest comfortably.

So I created this motivation letter to be used as consideration. I would like to appreciate if

being considered to join this event, my timetable is flexible and if you require any further
