 The Hole in One Club gives members the thrill of playing for a
huge prize every time that they step foot on the tee at a par 3 or
even par 4, with the chance of a once-in-a-lifetime trip to TPC
Sawgrass - and all for a modest £5 to join. And as a golf pro or
club secretary for every member that you sign up you will get £2
of their annual membership fee! So if you recruit 30 members
over the course of the season, that’s £60 in your back pocket...

HOW THE HOLE IN ONE CLUB WORKS

Members have from April 1st 2018 to the 30th September 2018, to score that all important hole
in one.

Aces will only count if they are scored while competing in official singles or doubles club
competitions (Strokeplay, Stableford or Bogey), Club Open Events or PGA Pro-ams.

The hole in one will only be accepted if accompanied by verification from your club captain,
secretary or manager.

Twelve winners will go to TPC Sawgrass to compete in the Hole in One Club Grand Final.

Entrants MUST be a member of the Hole in One Club prior to the date of the hole in one being
scored. Entries from members who sign up after scoring the hole in one that they then submit a
claim using will not be considered for entry to the Grand Final.

Once a member has signed up and scored that hole in one, a claim can be made on the Hole in
One Club website (www.hio-club.com), from which it is checked and verified. Successful claims
will automatically make it onto the Sawgrass ‘shortlist’.

In the event that more than 12 hole in ones are scored, registered and approved during the 2018
season, those members with successful claims will be invited to compete in a national qualifier
hosted at a top destination in the UK or Ireland, with 12 lucky members winning a place at the
Grand Final at TPC Sawgrass, Florida USA in February 2018.

And if members don’t hit a hole in one there’s still another route! Every single Hole in One Club
member will be entered into our Golden Ticket prize draw to win a seat on the plane to Sawgrass
regardless of whether they score an ace or not during the season!

HOW TO SIGN UP MEMBERS
Simply use the form in this pack to sign up members from your own golf club on-
1 site, and in person. You’ll need to sign up as a member yourself - but once you start
recruiting new members, we’ll give you your fee back to say thank-you!

Simply collect their details, their £5 membership

You will then be asked to register your recruited members’ details. Once complete
3 you will be directed to the payment page, where you will be prompted to make the
discounted payment for £3.00 per member that you recruit. You can pay securely
online via either PayPal or using a debit or credit card. Once you’ve paid, each new
member will receive a welcome email from us.
Remember - you keep the other £2.00, so you can either pay it into your own bank
