Respected Sir,

In response to your above referred notice following is our response:-

Point No. 1 and 3. The proof and documents pertaining to points No.1 and three are
annexed as Annexure-1 (Colly.).

Point No. 2. Except Mr. Kamala Kant (cashier) all other accused/employees have
stopped coming to the office of the Complainant and are absconding.

Point No. 4, 5, 6, 7, and 9. The documents pertaining to these points including order
booking farm, performa invoice, ID proofs of customers, tax invoice
(where the vehicle has been delivered), case detail form, fake receipts
and correct receipts in Original available with the Complainant
alongwith Ledger are annexed as Annexure-2 (Colly.) These
documents include the details of the customers/buyers who have
contacted us till now for getting their booked vehicle and claimed on
account of the criminal acts of the named accused persons. It is
expected that more customers will approach us due to the crime
committed by the said accused persons when the time of the delivery
of their booked vehicles arrive.

Point No. 8 and 10. The interim report is annexed as Annexure-3.

The complainant has tried to provide all the relevant information and documents
available with us. However, as and when any further information or documents come to the
knowledge of the Complainant or is required by your goof office the Complainant undertakes
to provide the same immediately. We again undertake to provide all possible support and
cooperation in the ongoing investigation in the matter.
