I. Safety precautions

precautions
a. Don’t install it in the place where
flammable gas leaks easily.Once
flammable gas leakage occurs and
stagnate around the device, it may
result in fire.
b. Keep the device from heating
element as far as possible.
c. Don’t install it in the place that is too
dirty or humid.
4. Access the master computer and
debugging

A. Device address instruction
Initial address of the data converter is
192.168.1.200. To avoid address
conflict, check if there’s the address in
LAN before accessing the device.
Open CMD interface and input “ping
192.168.1.200”.

Use cables to connect the data

converter to a router or a transformer
and connect the router or the
transformer to a PC. Electrify the
adaptor and debug after it can be
electrified normally.IP address of the
data converter is http//192.168.1.200.


“CMD” path: click “Start menu” - ”operation” - ”CMD” or click “Start ” ”All programs” -
”Accessories” - ”CMD” to enter. Fig.3.5

If it appears “Request timed out” and “Lost=4”, it indicates our network segment
doesn’t have this address. Thus, we can begin “C static address” operations.
If it appears Lost=0”, it indicates our network segment has been occupied. Thus, we
process “B data converter address configuration ”

Gateway” is our default

need to change our device

Connect the data converter to the transformer or router to debug after we confirm the
Default Gateway and Subnet Mask in the LAN

B. Configure the data transformer IP address

If IP address segment of the device is the same as that of the PC, this configuration
is unnecessary then. Directly enter into C step: static IP address configuration.
Otherwise the IP address needs to be changed.
Firstly, connect the device to a computer. There’s no need to go through the
transformer or router. If there’s one, please unplug the cable to the computer firstly
,and then connecting as the figure shown below (cross line).Connect the device with
PC by cross line only.

When finishing connecting the device,
enter into “Network and Internet ”. Click
“Network and Sharing Connection ”to
enter “Local Area Connection Proper-
ties” , as shown in the figure :

When entering the “Local Area Connec-
tion Properties”, double click “Internet
protocol Version4(TCP/IPv4)” or click
“Properties” to enter into Internet
protocol Version4(TCP/IPv4)properties
dialogue. Choose “Use the following IP
address”

As shown in the figure, choose “Use the following IP address(s)” and input
192.168.1.xxx in “IP address”, xxx ranging from 0 to 255. Don’t input 200; Input
255.255.255.0 in the Default Gateway. Click ”OK” after finishing configuring and log off.

When finishing configuring the IP address, open IE browser and input 192.168.1.200
to enter into the WEB page of the data converter, as shown in the figure:

C. Static address settings
After finishing setting the IP address,
connect the device to a router or
transformer, the connecting way is
shown in the figure:

When entering the “Local Area Connection Properties”, double click “Internet
protocol Version4(TCP/IPv4)” or click “Properties” to enter into Internet protocol
Version4(TCP/IPv4)properties dialogue. Choose “Use the following IP address”

5. 485 communication wire connection
Connect the device to 485 communication wire after device settings(Refer to the
schematic diagram). Pay attention to A2,B2,E terminals have been connected to XYE
terminals of the central air-conditioner outdoor unit or to F1,F2,E terminals of the
transformer;

6. Enter into the webpage
After connecting to the multi-connected system, it will enter into the project WEB
page. Input http://XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX(Data converter IP address) which is being set
in the previous steps in the browser. Refresh the page to see if it has connected to
the unit.

 WEB page configuration

● Webpage and computer configuration requirements.
● WEB browsers: IE 6.0 above, Safari 4.0 above, Chrome 18.0 above, UC 8.4
above.
● Operation systems: Windows/Linux/Unix/Mac/iOS etc.
● Operation platforms: PC/Notebook/PAD/Smart phone (iPhone, Android etc).
● Input the URL address of our cloud server(http:// www.imdv.com.cn) to log in our
cloud server. The air-conditioner will be monitored after logging in.
● Take Windows XP and IE 6.0 as an example to do interface instruction. Operations
are the same in other platforms and browsers, but displays may be different. Due
to compatible problems in explaining HTML and JAVASCRIPT by browsers, we
suggest to use a higher browser version to solve some compatible problems.


1. Enter http:// www.imdv.com.cn to apply an ID.

Users use the system through the webpage(http:// www.imdv.com.cn ) or IOS app so
that we should do the following operations

First of all, input the address of air-conditioner cloud center, click registration and enter
into the registration page.

In the registration page, input your password and verification code(Note: the code
should be a 6~8-digit number). Submit after confirmation.

Registration successfully, please remember your personal information. It’s a

personal ID, please take care of it.


2. Enter into data converter WEB page configuration
Open the browser and input IP address of the device and enter into the webpage,
click “settings” on the top right corner.

After inputting your ID and code, click “download settings” to complete the
configuration and go back.


3. Enter into the cloud center page

Input "http://www.imdv.com.cn"on the browser, it will login the cloud services

webpage and enter the following dialog:

Log in central air-conditioner cloud service center and input your ID number
and password.


IV. Webpage instruction of the Master computer
1. Master computer websites and air-conditioner browser interface instruction.

● Refresh: Refresh the webpage
●All Ctrl: can set and control all the indoor units.
●All off: can turn off all the indoor units.
●Schedule: can set the weekly schedule function.
●Rename: can rename the region name.
●Add/Del Region: can add a new region or delete the region.
●Add/Delete AC: can add or delete the indoor unit.
●Error Table: can check the error codes
●Alarms: can check the fault records.

2. Master computer websites and air-conditioner browser interface instruction.
Click the air-conditioner which is need to be controlled to control a single unit.
Click group control to control all the computers together. Shown as the following
picture:

● Mode settings:Cooling,
heating, fan only and
auto mode.

● Air flow speed settings:

high speed, middle
speed and low speed.

● Temp. settings: set temp.

from 17 °C to 30°C
according to your need.

● Back: go back to the

previous page.

● Lock: can lock the

mode,setting tempera-
ture, fan speed and
remote controller.

3. Change the password
Users can change the password according to their needs.

4.1 Group control function instructions

Input user’s ID, password and tick “As Group User” . Click “Login” to enter into
group user control interface.

Add device or location names in “Name” column as shown above. Input the
corresponding.User’s ID and password in “UserID” and “Pwd” columns. Click
“Apply” to finish adding.

VI. Android App Instructions
Please log in central air-conditioning cloud server http://imdv.com.cn, and Click the
Android icon shown as the following to download the app.

After installing the app input the applied user’s ID and your
password, then click log in to Enter.

Click “Settings” to enter into configuration interface, click “Connection 1”. Input the
user’s ID and password and confirm.

After configuration and refreshment, the screen will show the connected air-
conditioner,Click the air-conditioner which needs to be controlled to enter into the
controlling interface,Control on/off status, temperature and mode for a certain
air-conditioner.
