Modeling excellence

In this brief description, I wanted to take as a reference people who were


outstanding for their success in business, family and professional, which
inspired me by reading their stories and their books about the organization
and lifestyle contributing more and more to my personal and professional
growth.
• Marie Kondo, is an author, businesswoman and consultant of Japanese
organization.
• Sascha Barboza, is a Venezuelan coach, author and coach of healthy
lifestyle.
• Adriana Ocampo, Colombian planetary geologist, director of NASA's
science program.

The main characteristic of these women is that they are not afraid to reach
their goals and at some point, in their lives they had to take risks, overcoming
them was what today keeps them positioned in the success and admiration
of several people.
The success of each one lies in its organization and goal setting that will lead
them to fulfill their longed-for dreams, Marie Kondo begins her day with a
morning routine, she wakes up in the mornings and immediately opens the
windows for fresh air, purify your home with incense and arrange your work
schedule before leaving, sascha also begins your day with a routine but
physical exercise, which keeps your mind and body active during the day.
The three maintain healthy habits because they believe that a successful
person must be healthy to exercise and enjoy their work, Adriana is very
familiar and establishes a routine after her workday at the NASA with her
husband and children, also sascha, recently It was mom for the second time
and her time is limited so she takes full advantage of it and enjoys her
daughters.

The exercise routine is fundamental in the daily activities of them, Marie


practices meditation, so does Adriana, while Sacha enjoys going to the gym
and lifting weights, in the book "The secrets of sascha fitness" sascha describes
a practical routine of Exercises that fit any lifestyle of each person and are
very easy to do. Adriana of course thinks that her meditation state and yoga
elevate her spiritual state and help her stay relaxed and healthy.
I recently became aware of this planning and organization in my life, I have
learned reading and practicing some of these methods and routines that this
class of people follow, and they have helped me to reach my goals in the
short and medium term, during the last year I decided to reach my goals and
using the different organizational tools and applying healthy habits in my
personal life I felt better health and time has reached me much more than
before when I did not maintain these habits.
