Guidelines for Summer Training Project Report

1. Topic should be approved by the mentors.

2. Three copies of project (hard binding) to be submitted, in which one copy should be
colored.
3. Project Report should consist of 100 pages (A4 Size).
4. Project Report should be typed in :
 Times New Roman, Font size 12, Line Spacing 1.5 pt., justified, margin 1 inch
from all sides, page number starting from Introduction Chapter.
 Students are required to strictly adhere to the formatting; failing which project
report will not be accepted.
5. Content of Project Report (Strictly in the sequence prescribed)
a. Cover Page
b. Certificate of HOD
c. Company Certificate
d. Student Declaration
e. Preface/Foreword
f. Table of Contents (with page numbers)
g. Chapter 1: Introduction of the study
h. Chapter 2: Literature Review
i. Chapter 3: Objectives, Scope and Importance of the Study
j. Chapter 4: Research Methodology
k. Chapter 5: Analysis of Data
l. Chapter 6: Conclusions and Recommendations
m. Bibliography
n. Annexure/s (includes Questionnaire)

6. Incorporate relevant tables, charts and diagrams wherever applicable.

Note:
 Topic for the Summer Training Project Report must have prior
approval of the concerned Faculty Supervisor/Guide.
 The soft copy of the Research Project Report must be approved by the
Faculty Supervisor/Guide.
 Topic will be approved on first come first serve basis.
 Final date for approval of Research Project Topic: 13th APRIL, 2019.
 Deadline for submission of Research Project Report: 25th APRIL, 2019.
 Duplicity of topic is not allowed in any circumstances.
 CD of the project report should be attached in colored copy Project
Report.
