1. The main page of Vib-Exchange will have information about Vib-Exchange as a product.

It
will also have information about the product and services offered by company.

2. It will also display the 3 main offerings of Vib-exchange:


a. Facility for Self-Analysis of his own data by customer himself.
b. Option to upload “Free Sample Queries” to be handled by independent
consultants
c. Premium Analysis Offerings for customer (where analysis would be done by
IAdept).

3. Additionally, it will also have other options. For example:

a. Registration / login facility for both customer as well as consultants


b. “About us” (which will give historical and other relevant information about Vib-
Exchange as well as parent Organization)
c. “FAQs” (Frequently asked Question)
d. “Contact US” (where customer can ask us some general queries but not related
to analysis, give feedback, suggestions etc). This information can be provided by
anyone, be it customer, consultant, or even someone who was just browsing.
The information of unregistered customer who are there only to give feedback
would be stored in a separate database)
e. Portal related information
f. Any Other information which we may deem necessary to be displayed on portal.

4. Under no circumstance, customer would be transferred to next page/process without


completion of Login/Registration Process.

Very Important:-

1. Except for “Contact US”, main page of portal will not take any information from customer.
For each and every other information / facility given on the main page, customer would be
taken to a new page for next action (whatever it may be)

2. Only information that would be taken on main page would be “Contact US”. Here customer
will give us the following information:

a. His name
b. Telephone No
c. Email Address
d. His feedback / query (Customer can give a query as well, however, it will only be
a very limited query as this option will neither have any facility to take additional
information (except what he can write in comments box), nor there will be any
option for attachment). This entire information would be stored in a separate
database.
e. The main page of portal will also have a built-in mechanism to send an
acknowledgement email to customer as soon as he submit his query.
Whatever is given above is the starting guidelines. The portal design is yet to be discussed. We might
also add a lot of other information / facility on the page as we move along. However, two things are
final:

1. We will keep the main page of portal as light & independent as possible, and unconnected to
any database (except database to be designed for “Contact US”)

2. For each new feature/facility to be introduced in future, either a new page will be added or
it would be added to an existing page (other than main page). And like other existing
features, and also depending on our design, a link to the new page would either be provided
from the main page or other page (whichever applicable). And as far as back-end database is
concerned – whether we have to use a new data table or an existing one, that call would be
taken at the time of deciding about introducing new feature.

3. After logout from each/any process, customer must comeback to main page.
