1. Purpose and Scope of Document

This technical document covers the activity of ADJW CREATION (HO CREATION FOR
3G ICR) at site. The purpose of this document is to describe the actions needed for ADJW
CREATION (HO CREATION FOR 3G ICR) Definition in the site. This document is intended for the
use of Managed services professional only for the purpose of the agreement under which the
document is submitted, and no part of it may be used, reproduced, modified or transmitted without

7.1 Detailed job description

Step 1 : Prepare the command set for adjacency creation previously.

Step 2 : Execute the prepared command set.

Step 3 : Capture the logs and Debug the errors if any.

• Check the correct username and password of given BSC

• Check the user rights of particular user name

• Post check should be done befote exit

7.6 Software backup and change control requirements

STEP 1: Check for any incorrect or missing values in the data in CRF.
STEP 2: Check if BSC name specified matches with BSC C-NUM specified.
STEP 3: Check if data given is for one way or for two way neighbours. If given for one way, call
initiator and confirm the same.

7.8 Detailed step-by-step procedures

• Open Reflection

• Log into the specified BSC & Confirm the BSC name

• Check the existing adjacencies to find the last next index number.

• Create new adjacency.

ZEAE:BTS=<BTS identification>:INDEX=<adjacent cell index>: RNC=<radio network

frequency>,SCC=<scrambling code>;

• Check the created adjacency as specified.
