Vice President for Public Relations

The Public Relation Department is all about the aspiration to make the Mashy
Potty known within the community of De La Salle Lipa, and also to other people outside
the DLSL community. Through the effort of Marketing and Public Relation Department
there is a breakthrough in the sales of Food Buddies Corporation due to the promotion
of the product within the community. Furthermore, the department keep on aiming to
grow the business and were more determined to face any challenges and opportunities
to make all the efforts meritorious.

The Food Buddies Corporation uses different promotional tools like posters,
flyers, social media accounts, namely, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook since their
target market were mainly students. Acquiring public fame would make the mashy potty
more worthwhile and plausible. Thus, they also create commercials that are posted in
the Facebook page in order to increase the number of customers, produce more sales
and for the product to be known to other people.

The Food Buddies Corporation uses three elements of promotional mix that
helps to promote the mashy potty. These elements which are the advertising, public
relations and sales promotion gives a lot of opportunity for the mashy potty to be known
to the whole lasallian community ang to other people outside the community. Moreover,
the company create social media accounts, namely, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram,
commercials and flyers in order to advertise the product and for the other people to be
updated and more aware about the product. The public relation department are making
sure that they are doing the sales promotion right by keeping the company of the
customers through communicating and sometimes they joke around with them while
they persuade and encourage the potential buyers to buy the mashy potty. Furthermore,
the goal of the public relations is to establish a good public relationship between the
employees and customers through an effective communication. The goal is to generate
a good intention to other people by giving the exact information about the product.
